"It's been two weeks since we had a lead on Alexa's whereabouts but now she's missing again", Robert thought, he kept blaming himself for losing her because if he had known, when Tory Watson called him, he should have linked the name together and wouldn't be missing now, but because he wanted to get to the hospital room quickly he had ignored the call, he had also seen her at the hospital parking lot but he had not connected the dots together, until when he got to her hospital room, but by that time she was long gone.
After the incident in the room, he had Alexa's parents arrested for child molestation, breach of human rights and also under the charge of embezzlement. He had tried calling Tory's number again but it was switched off, and even now two weeks later, her number was still switched off. He was deep in thoughts when his phone rang, he immediately answered it without checking the caller ID thinking it was Mr Ward, " any clues yet" he said " calm down Robert it's me" " oh, Charlotte, sorry I thought it was the PI calling, so tell me are you there yet? " " I just arrived with Sid, I will relay your message and leave right away, you know I dislike her, and remember you owe me big time for this" " thanks sis, don't worry I will repay you for this favor, when you need me just tell me" " I'll keep that in mind , bye bro". When the call ended, he sighed, he hoped there would be no problem, because whenever his sister, Charlotte and Olivia met it wasn't always good.
It was at that time that a thought came to his head, he remembered his parents words to he, his sister and his cousin "in times of trouble, when it seems as if there was no way out there is someone out there that sees what you are going through and so all you need to do is isolate yourself, get on your knees and pray to him and he is sure to answer your prayers". So Robert got on his knees and for the first time since he was a child, he cried and poured out his in his prayer hoping that the God his parents talked about was able to hear him and save him.
About an hour later, his phone rang, this time he made sure he checked the caller ID before picking up so as not to get his hopes high again, this time it was Sid calling and he also saw some missed calls from the Nanny that was in charge of the triplets, so he answered the call thinking that something had happened between Charlotte and Olivia, " is anything wrong ", " we just received a call from the Nanny in charge of the triplets that a Tory Watson and Alexa Watson came to the hotel and then Alexa Watson fainted, so ...." Robert upon hearing Alexa's name did not wait for Sid to finish what he was saying but cut him short , " say no more, I'm on my way", and then he cut the call. Around midnight, he got to the hotel where he and Alexa met four years ago, but there was no one in sight, and so he called the maid and asked " where is she ?", the maid was the describing the hospital they were at, when a car came to a halt in front of the main building, he went outside to check who it was and discovered Charlotte and Sid, so he told them, " she's at St Raphael's hospital".
On getting to the hospital the Nanny was already waiting for them, she immediately ushered them to Alexa's room where she was still unconscious. Tory who had been dozing on her seat stood up when she heard sounds of movement, thinking that Alexa had woken up, but was surprised to see the Moore's including the woman that had accompanied them to the hospital, she was surprised to see them at the hospital, because when she had called Robert, he had told her that he had somewhere important to be and that he would contact her later, but she had switched off her phone and gone into hiding before he could do so, she was also wondering how he had found her but than she was even more surprised when he rushed towards her sister and held her hands. It was then she realized that the little boy at the hotel looked just like him.
Robert on entering the room and seeing Alexa lying motionless on the bed, rushed towards her and held her hands, he could not believe that he was actually looking at her after two years, " where is the doctor ?, what's wrong with her ?", he asked in a pained voice, " she fainted earlier this afternoon and has been unconscious since then, but the doctor has assured us that it was because her brain was trying to process the trauma which she has been through", Tory explained, " what trauma", " well she was in an accident, approximately two years, three months and two weeks ago, and was also in a coma since the day of the accident, and she only just woke up two weeks ago, then we discovered that she had amnesia and our parents are trying to sell her into marriage, so we escaped and have been on the run ever since, and most importantly I don't know why I have to explain all this to you, I thought you didn't care", Tory said all this in one breath. While Robert was still trying to process everything thing Alexa stirred and called out "ROBERT".
