If one thought carefully about it, they would understand that Madam Hutt's existence was the only obstacle preventing Flynn Taylor from marrying into the Hutt family. Once Madam Hutt was out of the picture, Flynn could get her wish.
Flynn still had uses - she would join forces with Lucas Hutt in the future to deal with Tina Hernandez. That much was certain.
Perhaps one day, the killer would let Lucas know that the reason Madam Hutt met with misfortune was also because of Bella Scott. That way, Lucas would have even more reason to hate her and Tina Hernandez.
She should have thought of this earlier.
