All night long, An Li seemed uninterested.
Shao Jun noticed this, and brought people over to drink with An Li.
After a short while, An Li started to show a hint of a smile.
Shao Jun raised his glass, "An Li, don't let things weigh on your mind. Life is so short, seize the moment, even matters of life and death aren't too serious. Why not make yourself happy?"
An Li looked at Shao Jun's efforts to cheer her up and couldn't help but nod along.
"Yeah, happiness or unhappiness, we all live the same way. Why do I have to force myself not to be happy?"
Saying this, An Li raised her glass, "Come on, let's all drink together, no going home until we're drunk."
An Li's tolerance for alcohol isn't high, but luckily everyone was drinking fruit wine, which doesn't have a high alcohol content.
Even so, An Li still felt dizzy.
After the dinner, An Li and Shao Jun safely sent all their colleagues to their cars, and only then did they feel relieved.
