The Grandline, New World, Country of Wano.
After freeing themselves from tyranny, the country of samurai had yet to go through some more tense days before attaining true freedom. The process of growing a tree is lengthy and sometimes frustrating and difficult... but the fruits are ripe at the end.
"This is the last time I'm going to tell you, Admiral Akainu... we want nothing to do with the world government"

One of the strongest women in this world, the infamous Admiral Akainu, was standing with her arms crossed in front of two vessels, one heading into the country of wano, another serving as its escort surrounded by beautiful carp fish.
In one of the vessels stood up an imposing woman wielding a club with her waving white hair, her gaze looked challengingly at the Admiral without intending to step back one inch.
On the other vessel, there was a massive blue ape, equally intimidating -even for those in its ship- it couldn't recognise human speech, but it was clever and with a mission. Kong had been sent precisely for this moment.
'Kong, the marines are going to try to intercept the ships we're sending to Wano. Your mission is to stand-by and protect them until further notice, alright?'
That had been the mission given to him by one of the mistresses, Sandersonia. And as far as he know... her orders were the same with Veyron's orders.
When Akainu took a step forward, the ape growled.
*GROWL!!!*
RUMBLE!!!
*BAANGG!!*
*BAANGG!!*
The gigant's arms -much to everyone's shock- began to get coated in Armament Haki as it smashed its chest over and over, challenging Akainu to come across and try her stupidness.
'This ape knows how to use Haki?!'
Yamato grinned and with a single jump landed on the Ape's shoulders, they gave each other a furtive glance before she put her club down smirking.
"Hoho~ you heard my new friend, you're not welcome here... leave before things get nasty, we're with the liberators".
"..."
For the slightest moment a pressing aura of heat surrounded the three vessels, her crossed arms turned into raw magma, her brows didn't frown, but one could tell she wasn't happy.
"Turn around, we're heading back to the G1".
She wanted to engage... but she couldn't.

The marine vessel retreated from Wano in defeat, her mission had been for the country of wano to be annexed to the world government, taking a seat in the reverie. A failure.
'It is clear who the Country of Wano is leaning towards, it is always the same... the slightest move, the slightest threat...!'
*BAANG!*
A piece of wall was sent flying by one of her fists, the lower-ranked marine crew members all trembled, although they were used to her usual rants of anger.
She had already issued the request to the marine headquarters and it had been rejected... to sink those ships coming from Rusukaina. The answer from Sengoku was a devastating scold, asking her if she was insane and intended to lead them to war... the marines were not allowed to assault anything with Dracule Veyron's brand in it unless it was for piracy purposes, which wasn't the case this time. Those were diplomatic ships.
'I'm hands-tied... damn you, Veyron... damn you!'.
She couldn't believe it, she couldn't believe that boy was untouchable!
'The marine has lost its backbone, that man is a threat... why can't they see it like me and do something about it before it's too late!?'.
If the disrespect of being unable to do nothing wasn't enough, he even sent a massive ape just for further security.
'I could blast that monkey in an instant, who do you think I am? underestimating me like always... not anymore. If the marine won't do anything, I'll take matters into my own hands'.

Back in the Country of Wano, the ship had arrived loaded with dials, steel, wood planks, tools, materials, potions, chemicals... and much more.
Standing in the docks was a lady in a proud kimono, her green hair waved with the wind, inhaling the smell of the sea. She noticed the gigantic Ape that Yamato was standing on and waved to it.
"Hiyori!".
"T-This is...?"
"I don't know yet but look he has something with him".
The ape took something from his fur and growled a bit, handing it to her, it was a letter.

'Dear Shogun of Wano, Kozuki Hiyori.
Please find attached to this letter the inventory of materials and products shipped from Rusukaina. This giant Ape's name is Kong and I have temporarily sent him for protection of your border during the reconstruction process.
Yours Sincerely, Dracule Veyron'.

Hiyori's eyes tilted a few times she twisted the letter back and forth, up and down.
"Is that all?!"
"What does the letter say...?"
"Nothing, I mean..."
No matter how much she checked, the letters didn't magically pop up.
'He didn't send the cost of all these materials or the date of when he's coming for a visit... or any meetings related to our alliance... nothing'.
She wanted to know how much they owed him, whether they were officially part of his organisation, and what they could do to collaborate instead of just receiving help like this, but there weren't any details whatsoever.
At some point it was like some enlightenment struck Kong, he took something else from his fur, another letter, before handing it to Hiyori.
The latter sighed in relief once again and read enthusiastically.

'Psd: There will be a group of scientists coming in about two weeks to clean the lakes and get rid of all the smoke in the eastern regions, please prepare rooms for them as they will be staying for a couple of months'.

'That's all!? This man... I know more of diplomacy than him and I haven't ever done it!'.
"Anything wrong?" Yamato noticed her exaltation and questioned.
"N-No, everything is perfect! You can go ahead and find a place for Kong to stay, I have to make a few calls".
Hiyori left in a rush, leaving a confused duo.
"Your name is Kong, right? I'm Od-*cough*-Yamato! Follow me, together we will conquer this world!".

The ape watched the girl jumping from building to building, she didn't seem to notice that with his size, if he were to jump like her, every building would get crushed... Kong sighed and wondered why his master always sent him and Gator to do the nasty jobs while the other pets all got to stay in their habitats. With Gorgon, it was even worse since she was a clear favourite.
Nevertheless, seeing the jovial Yamato, he thought that perhaps she wouldn't be that bad of a company and decided to follow her... only the gods would know the wreckage those two would cause in the future.
