A few minutes later.
Xiaoyun was sitting on the sofa with several lingering red marks on his face. Lily was long gone as she headed out for class.
Only the two of them were at the house, other than the babies peacefully napping in their bedrooms.
"That hurt so much..."
Xiaoyun murmured as he reached for the red mark on his face, only to pull his hand away when it stung.
"Hmph! That's what you get for making me kiss Lily." Leyan pointed out angrily as she crossed her arms.
"My bad... It was just a prank."
"It wasn't funny."
"Okay then. Sorry for the unfunny prank."
As Xiaoyun apologized again, Leyan's anger finally subsided a little as she noticed the red mark remained on his face.
"You want me to go get some cream?"
"It's fine—Ouch!"
"Let go get it for you."
Leyan quickly got up from the sofa, heading over to the TV before bending down to something out of the drawer.
