But the man from Itachi's memory? He didn't fit that description at all.
Sasuke reflected on his own growth. After all, the Third Hokage sacrificed his life merely to seal Orochimaru's arms, whereas Sasuke himself had killed Orochimaru completely.
If that masked man were truly Uchiha Madara, his power would have been enough to sweep through Konoha of that era. With Senju Hashirama long deceased, and even the Second Hokage gone for years, who could have stopped him?

Sasuke, however, shook his head resolutely, "It's not over."
"The massacre of our clan—how could that ever be over?"
"Itachi, do you honestly think Lord Charles will resurrect every member of the Uchiha clan?"
"The elders, the children—do you believe he'll bring them all back?"
Itachi fell silent at Sasuke's words. He too doubted that Lord Charles could revive the entire Uchiha clan.
Bringing even one person to this world seemed costly, or else Lord Charles wouldn't be constantly gathering energy-based resources.
Moreover, while Lord Charles had brought back many ninja over the years, even approaching a hundred, that number was insignificant compared to the entire ninja world, let alone the Uchiha clan or Konoha.

Seeing that Sasuke still clung to his desire for revenge, Itachi asked, "What if Lord Charles forbids us from internal conflict? After all, those brought over are meant to contribute."
Sasuke scoffed, "If Lord Charles doesn't permit killing them, then I'll simply break their limbs."
"Sometimes, living can be far more painful than death."
Itachi, noticing Sasuke's unyielding resolve, shook his head and cautioned, "Don't act in ways that would displease Lord Charles. Think about the clan members who have yet to arrive."
Sasuke nodded slightly, saying, "I know my limits. Besides, those individuals might never even have the chance to come here."
Itachi, however, determined internally to ensure that Sasuke avoided unnecessary conflict with the other ninja.
After all, they weren't just dealing with a few individuals—there were entire relationships of teachers and students involved. Sasuke's current strength wasn't yet sufficient to confront them head-on.
With that, Itachi released Sasuke from the constraints of the Tsukuyomi space.
The brothers shifted their conversation to lighter topics—specifically, amusing events that had occurred at the agency after Itachi left and areas where Sasuke could improve in his combat techniques.
