Kiya wasn't sure if he had actually fallen asleep; there were all kinds of sounds in his ears, and he even felt like he could hear Paige Desmond's breathing, occasionally accompanied by chaotic footsteps.
It was the sound of the doctor rushing to save a patient, perhaps another bright life had vanished.
The actual sleep time was only about ten minutes. Kiya felt someone calling him, bewildered, as if it were a dream, yet not a dream.
"Kiya... Kiya, wake up..."
A gentle voice, like a feather brushing past his heart, seemed to make him open his eyes, "Paige?"
"Kiya, I have to go, take care of yourself, take care of the children..."
"Go? Where?"
"..."
"No! You can't go!"
Kiya saw Paige Desmond in white, surrounded by a layer of light. He reached out to grab her hand, but his hand passed through her body, leaving Kiya shocked as he looked at the woman in front of him.
The woman smiled, "Kiya, I'm dead..."
