"Hmm, you're coming to pick me up!" Jane Sampson replied sweetly, "Then I'll hang up now."
Knowing Jane was coming back today made James Black feel very satisfied, so when she said she was hanging up, James just said hmm.
Only when he heard the buzzing sound on the phone did James remember he hadn't asked Jane about what she said in the group that he wasn't supposed to know.
However, considering Jane would arrive a little past eleven, James didn't bother calling back; he thought it wouldn't be too late to ask her when he picked her up.
After hanging up, Jane was in a state of extreme excitement.
She walked back next to Coco Edwards, with a gaze like a kind old mother, looking at Coco, who was still drinking brown sugar water, with a smile that couldn't be wiped off for even one second.
"Jane Sampson, why are you staring at me with such a weird look?" Coco thought for a moment and made a comparison, "Someone who didn't know might think you were watching me eat poop."
