Enna Clark looked calm and gently held his hand in return, shaking her head slightly to comfort him, "Because I need to make things clear face-to-face, otherwise even if you throw them out, those people will still look at Bobby differently."
"They wouldn't dare!" Baron Lawrence's eyes darkened, his presence oppressive.
Enna Clark pursed her lips, looking directly at his not-so-happy handsome face, "Of course they would dare. You can control their mouths but not their hearts. After what happened today, even if they don't say anything to you and Bobby, can you guarantee they won't say anything behind your back?"
Baron Lawrence's handsome face turned ashen.
Damn it, he couldn't guarantee that.
Enna Clark knew, of course, that she couldn't guarantee it either. No one could. But she had to do her utmost to protect her Bobby.
She released his hand, pulling it out of the tall man's grip, and under everyone's watchful eyes, walked straight to the security personnel, "Let him go."
