Olivia Lewis's mouth twitched, and the head she'd just stuck out was ruthlessly pushed back down by her own Manager's ferocious look. With no choice, she surrendered. "Fine, I get it, I'll go, I'll go, okay?"
This charity gala only invited the entertainment industry's top-tier traffic magnets and the Queen of Acting and King of Acting, everyone else was celebrities and socialites.
This year was a bit quieter compared to the last two.
Because this year Baron Lawrence wouldn't be attending.
Without that dazzling man, it just felt like all the starlight this year had dimmed.
But aside from that, for people in the entertainment industry this was still a rare exposure opportunity, and everyone cherished it.
In the past two years Nicole Oliver hadn't even had the chance to get an invitation. This year Celestial Entertainment gave her one, and she was hell-bent on making a splash.
You could tell from that just how important this gala was to people in the entertainment industry.
