The tension in the room heightened even more.
Instinctively following the voice, they saw the man who spoke was Joel Russo, who had been inconspicuously low-key all night.
Even Adrianna Hemsworth and Selvia Todd, who rushed to catch up, paused unexpectedly.
They looked at him in confusion, as if they hadn't heard what he had just said, or perhaps they were puzzled by his words.
Zavier Todd's raised phone froze in midair as he turned to look at Joel Russo with a bewildered expression.
"Brother Russo, what did you just say... what do you mean?"
Selvia Todd asked blankly, not yet comprehending.
"Twenty billion. My investment in Todd Corporation."
