Isabella Harrison lifted her gaze to look at him, her expression cold, "Michael Lees, my launch event should have ended perfectly, but you messed it up!"
Michael Lees pursed his lips uncomfortably, "I didn't think it through at the time."
Isabella Harrison pushed him, but he refused to let go, pressing his hands on her waist in front of everyone, holding her tightly in his arms.
Isabella Harrison was pressed against his body, and this posture caused her ears to turn red.
Michael Lees, however, seemed completely unfazed, lowering his head to look at her intently.
"Where did you go just now? I went to your launch event to find you."
Isabella Harrison propped her arms against his chest, her eyes meeting his intense gaze, blushing from her ears down to her face.
"Are you sure you weren't just trying to mess with me?"
"Do you really think I'm that much of a jerk? Rushing over to cause trouble for you for no reason?!"
