Dylan had just seen the license plate, and he called over his people: "Check the license plate of that car just now."

Dylan pushed the Old Lady over, and Scarlett said to him: "Dad, a car just went by, I saw Big Brother in it."
Anthony said: "I've already asked someone to check the license plate, but... it's not an Ocean City plate, it's Sutton City's, which makes it a bit difficult to find."
A woman waving at him from the car just then floated through his mind, leaving him uncertain. She... shouldn't be kidnapped, right? After all, the Big Brother that Scarlett mentioned was just a young teen! It seems he couldn't pose too much of a threat to that woman.
Anthony patted Scarlett's head: "We'll find them, don't worry."
Scarlett sighed, unsure if they'd be found, and if not, she didn't know when she'd see him again next!
