After Qin Xue and Nangong Beiying went back to The Nangongs and finished talking things through, she went to the shop to take her younger sister and the kids home.
"Sis, you were gone a bit too long. Did something happen?" Qin Jiale had eaten at the shop with the kids, so they weren't hungry, but her sister had said she was going to check on a patient, and then most of the day passed with no sign of her. It made her really anxious.
Now that she finally saw her sister, she felt like she'd been scared half to death by her.
