"How could you not know."
In Roxanne Sutton's eyes, there seemed to be a hint of mockery as she chuckled lightly.
Sidney Dalton suddenly found Roxanne Sutton's demeanor to be quite irritating.
As if something he had always controlled was slipping away, spiraling towards a direction he could not anticipate.
Roxanne Sutton continued, "Maybe you've known about your changes all along, but just refused to acknowledge them."
"Because you believe that all of this is natural, is nothing but normal. Ha... I was indeed deceived by your facade back then."
Having listened for so long, Sidney Dalton gradually understood her meaning.
"So now are you trying to blame me, for bringing you out of Westport?"
Sidney Dalton said in a deep voice.
Yet inwardly he breathed a slight sigh of relief.
If Roxanne Sutton was only complaining, then it couldn't be simpler.
Roxanne Sutton slightly shook her head, "No."
