Ling Chen sized Gu Lei up for a moment, then spoke faintly.
"Don't want to hurt me? Stop joking. Save that for when you actually can hurt me!"
Gu Lei laughed in fury. He hadn't expected that what he'd waited so bitterly for would be such a dismissive line from Ling Chen.
A hint of anger on his face, Gu Lei felt Ling Chen was far too arrogant. Did he really think he could defeat him so easily?
"I have no intention of insulting you. If it were two months ago, you and I might have been evenly matched. But now, there's no way you can be my opponent."
Ling Chen said calmly.
