Moreover, they despairingly discovered that hidden within the black clouds was a demon of even more terrifying power who sat cross-legged on a black throne; this demon was the leader of these Demon Way Experts!
The person sitting on the black throne was none other than Dao Yi True Immortal. At this moment, he held in his hand a soul box, and every time a strong person was killed, a beam of mysterious dark light would shoot out from the soul box to engulf the corpse of the fallen. Wrapped in this sinister light, the corpses would wither to mummies, their True Qi and vitality absorbed, returning to the soul box, which then emitted a terrifying, satisfied sigh.
With this process continuing, the originally dim soul box began to glow mysteriously and became filled with energy.
"This is still not enough! Far from enough!"
From within the soul box, a piercing shriek erupted, utterly malevolent, "Dao Yi, what are you dawdling for?! Kill! Kill everyone!"
"Understood."
