At Kouh academy.
It was pure chaos, everything was in ruin, buildings destroyed so hard and trees turned to dust while bodies that turned to meat paste were here and there. It was utter destruction.
And in it, Austin was standing with a cute little silver haired girl nestled comfortably in his arms sleeping or just unconscious, while he looked at the group of people that belonged to multiple races.
They looked uneasy and inwardly terrified of what had happened earlier with some showed on their dirty faces.
But there was a certain golden-haired angel with explosive body looking at Austin with such intense gaze that nobody noticed but him making him look amused by her. But then, his gaze sharpened as he looked at Vali and Issei then said what he wanted to say for long.
"Your name is Vali, right?"
Vali nodded without questions as Albion told him to not try to provoke Austin in the slightest by any chance and the boy himself despite being a battle maniac, he still knew the difference between fighting and killing himself.
"You should train more on how to utilize the power of the dragon inside you, gain more experience and try to understand what makes him a dragon. Communicate with him."
Hearing this, he nodded seriously while clutching his fists hard.
'Finally, a way to get stronger!' he thought as he took Austin`s words to the heart, after all, it was from a true dragon.
Then Austin looked at Issei and his gaze with filled with disdain as if looking at trash, making the boy look uncomfortable.
"And you, you don`t deserve what is given to you. You don`t even try, coward that only thinks by his lower half, the dragon inside you should be stupid for accepting someone like you as his host even if he didn`t choose to be connected to you."
"You don`t even learn and just content with what you have only train when there is a fight coming at you or your beloved boobs are in danger. That`s pathetic." Austin`s voice was cold and indifferent when talking to Issei making the boy look down ashamed and embarrassed.
Even Ddraig himself went completely silent as he knew that what Austin said was mostly right. Issei didn`t realize the value of being the bearer of the boosted gear that hosted one of the two heavenly dragon emperors, the heavenly red dragon emperor. Issei only thought about boobs and porn all the time not even considering training the powers he had and ask Ddraig himself for guidance.
Comparing him with Vali wasn`t even fit.
"You are wrong, Issei is stronger than you think." Rias said with strong conviction making Issei nearly tear up at this.
'President!' he said inwardly.
Pathetic.
"Really? By what? By screaming boobs or touching your own in the middle of the battle just to get a power up? Are you stupid or got hit in the head?" Ausitn said, truly incredulous.
"Didn`t you feel any shame when he did that to you in the middle of the battle against that fallen angel?"
Now it was Rias`s turn to shut up. Even Sirzechs couldn`t say a word in defense for his sister. Logically it was embarrassing doing that in the middle of the battle.
"And you too, you are the weakest of the bunch, got the strongest ability of them all yet didn`t even try to improve it or train how to control it better to not consume much energy. Always depending on your big brother all the time."
"Look at your queen or even the rock, both are stronger than you, clearly trained more than you, only facing a problem of acceptance and coping with what they had inside, and it should be your job to help them face it. you are a failure Rias Gremory."
This shattered her completely as she couldn`t say a word to defy him, he was right with every word he said, she was incompetent and weak, a failure indeed. And to make it worse, Sirzechs decided to stay silent and not defend his sister, not out of weakness but out of acceptance as he too had a hand in making her grow up like that, he spoiled her so much that she forgot that the world was like a jungle where the survival was for the fittest.
The words were harsh but true and no one couldn`t say no to them.
"How dare you say something like that to the president?!" Issei roared with anger as a powerful aura came out of him, he was really so angry.
[Shit, get a grip Issei, don't let it control you!] Ddraig`s voice came out of the boosted gear as the aura around Issei dark and corrupted, his eyes turned completely green as the words that Austin said about him and Rias fueled his anger even more.
This made everyone tense and readied themselves to stop Issei from going out of control.
But then a dignified voice spread.
"Stand down, you no longer have any rights to interfere with his mind. Death had already claimed you." After these words, the dark whispers inside Issei`s brain were gone and finally regained his sanity.
"W-What was that?" he muttered, confused.
"You idiot letting some dead people take control of your mind to drive you crazy. Sigh, what am I even doing here?" Austin muttered the last words to himself, but everyone heard him.
"I`m going, if you want to discuss anything further, then wait for another time." He gave one last look at Rias and Issei before looking at her peerage, they looked dejected and tried to console their king, then his gaze shifted to Gabriel who was still looking at him before she gave him a simple smile that hid something behind it, but he didn`t entertain the thought before he disappeared in a flash.
The atmosphere was heavy and silent.
Then suddenly, a portal appeared and out of it, came three people, one that looked like a monkey, pair of brother and sister with blonde hairs, the brother carried a sword while the sister wore a witch hat looking adorable and cute.
This surprised everyone.
"Yo, Vali! Ready to go?" the monkey looking boy said with a cheeky grin that fell the moment he noticed the heavy atmosphere.
"Did I interrupt something?"
"No, let`s go." Vali said as he walked toward him.
"So, you are really going, Vali." Azazel said with a sigh as he knew that Vali had already betrayed him and joined the Kahaos Brigade.
"Yeah, I`m joining the Kahoas Brigade."
This shocked everyone and immediately went on battle mode, well mainly Sona and her peerage as Rias was shattered along with a dazed Issei and dejected peerage who tried to console their king, while Sirzechs only sighed along with Micheal.
Grayfia had her own thoughts as she stood like the professional maid she was, only observing.
Then they watched as Vali along with his new friends walked through the portal.
Today was hectic and tiring in many ways.
