Chapter 254 - A Letter From a Wife

Austin was stunned when he heard the cute girl in his arms say that he had a wife.

Well, yeah he had many wives, but not one he didn't know or meet before.

Like seriously?!

He couldn't believe it, his emotions were already messed up with Nezha's existence.

'I think I need some rest to calm myself down and collect my thoughts.' He thought as he looked at his self-claimed daughter.

The more he looked at her, the more he felt happy and ecstatic yet sad and filled with regret.

So many entangled emotions that made him think that he was going crazy.

Meanwhile, Amanda was having a mental breakdown from what she had heard.

'My son has a daughter from a woman I don't know? My.....so...n.' she was already in a world of her own unable to believe or accept the reality.

Anabelle, on the other hand, had already went upstairs to her own room to set plans for her future relationship.

However, looking at the letter with the weird wax seal on it, Austin couldn't help but get curious, so he took it and decided to read it's contents, maybe he could uncover something about Nezha and her relationship with him.

And maybe even discover something about himself as well.

'Just who was her mother?' Austin asked as he began to unseal the letter.

But before doing so, he noticed something in the back, it was a name written so elegantly as if it was by delicate hands of a woman.

The name was—

'Mine?! How is that.... possible?!' Austin looked even more confused as he could see his name written at the back of the letter.

[To my dearest, Austin G. Moore, my lovely protective husband.]

As he read these words that accompanied his name, he felt a tremor in his heart.

'They look so familiar as if I had seen them before.' He muttered inwardly before deciding to unseal it.

Once he unsealed the letter, he took it out and looked at the same elegant and delicate handwriting before he started reading it inwardly while Nezha enjoyed rubbing her head on his chest and inhaling his scent.

[Hey my darling, if you are reading this, it means that our daughter has already reached you. I know that you are confused right now and I know that your emotions are so messed up, but don't worry, everything is gonna be okay. Most importantly, I want you to know that Nezha is really our daughter, you are her biological father and I'm her biological mother, it's just after that day, everything turned upside down and went down to hell. But it's okay, you are alive and good, our daughter too, and don't worry, I will meet with you two soon. For now, focus on increasing your powers and get stronger quickly.]

[P.E. Remember to kiss Nezha for me and tell her that her mother loves her so much.]

[With love, your lovely wife Terra~]

Reading the letter, Austin got even more confused as he felt like he couldn't understand a shit from this letter.

Not in the literal sense, but in a way that made him get more confused and mess up his mind especially when he didn't know anything about already having a daughter.

He sorted the letter in his own space before looking at his now daughter. With MRO focus, he could feel and see that she wasn't ordinary as she was actually a dragon.

Yup, a full fledged dragon yet she didn't have his hair or eyes, maybe she got them from her mother, but you could see some features similar to him that if you looked closely, you would see some similarities between both like the nose, the lips, eyebrows.

Austin didn't think that the letter was a lie at all as he didn't need it to see that Nezha was his daughter, he was just confused by what had happened.

"Did you read the letter, Papa?" Nezha suddenly asked as she looked up at him with her beautiful silver eyes.

"Yes my dear, I read what your mother wrote for me." He said as he smiled warmly at her.

"That's good! Now we can stay with each other forever! Mom will join soon too!" She said excitedly as she jumped up off his lap.

He couldn't help but smile at her before hugging her again.

Amanda after a while could only sigh and smile at the warm atmosphere between her son and his now daughter who appeared suddenly out of the nowhere.

She could see and feel that her son was struggling inwardly with his feelings making her want to support him more as a woman and as a mother especially when she remember that time when her son was still little and she used to spoil him.

'Let's leave it to fate and rather work hard to have his child in my womb.'She thought.

On the other side.

In the underworld, exactly the house of Gremory.

Grayfia, the head maid of the house and at the same time, the queen of Sirzechs Lucifer's peerage.

Most of the time she would he attending to rulers of the house or simply doing her job, but today was different, because as she did her job, her mind was in another place.

The events of today kept replaying in her mind over and over like a broken DvD.

The way Austin had told Rias directly that she was weak and undeserved to be a king was so direct and brutal and at the same time made Sirzechs realize his mistake of spoiling Rias, making her so arrogant and unable to see how the world moved while she was stood at the same place not going forward nor backward.

To Grayfia, Austin's words were all right and necessary for Rias to grow and get stronger. Although the way he said it was brutal, the spoiled princess needed to hear them.

She needed to understand how her decisions till this point were calculated righor even organized.

And as Grayfia began to think about it, he thoughts drifted to the golden haired young man who worked as a teacher at Rias's school.

Her cheeks turned red as she remembered his overly handsome face.

Despite trying conceal it, she felt so wet down there as she felt his aura and saw how handsome he was.

A strong desire to be conquered by him emerged deep within her before she suppressed it with all her being.

'You can't think like that Grayfia, get s grip!' she scolded herself before resuming her duties.

'I need to talk to Rias-sama and try make her understand that she didn't need to be discouraged by such words.' She thought as she headed toward Rias's room steady measured steps fit for a disciplined maid like her.

Days passed as the world moved forward.
