Ch. 61: A Day to Relax
"…Giran, what the hell is this?" Shigaraki asked.
"They are some of the new recruits I could get. They're good, trust me," Giran answered.
"And we're supposed to take your word for it?" Miss E asked.
"I suggest we at least give them a chance," said Kurogiri. "Besides, this broker is highly respected in the Underworld. They're bound to be valuable assets."
Giran just chuckles. "I'd listen to your maid Shigaraki, they're good. Either way, like 'em or not, you still owe me a finder's fee. In cash."
"…Fine," Shigaraki relented. "Who are they?"
The broker smirked. "I suppose I could introduce the three of 'em before I go." He gestured to the blonde girl. "This one looks like an adorable high school girl, right? But she's the suspect in a series of deaths where the victims all bled out. So far, her name and face have been kept out of the media."
"Toga here. Toga Himiko!" Said the blonde girl, far too perky for Shigaraki's liking. "Life is too hard. I just want to make it easier to live in this dumb world. I wanna be Mr. Stainy! I wanna kill Mr. Stainy! C'mon, handyman, please let me join your League of Villains!"
"You gotta be kidding me," Shigaraki sighed, eyes slightly wide from behind the hideous hand he wore to hide his face. "Is she crazy?"
"Well, she can hold a conversation. For the most part, at least." Giran admitted. "C'mon, she could be useful."
The apparent nun eyed Toga curiously. "You use your real name?"
"Hm?" Toga grins up at her, not seeing the issue.
"Not exactly clever, are you?"
Toga's grin only widened as her blushing increased. "Hehe!"
"What's so funny?"
"I can already tell we'll be great friends!"
"I can already tell that we won't," she responded dryly.
Giran took that as his cue to introduce her next. "Now this lovely specimen goes by the moniker of Iscariot."
That caught Miss E's attention. "Iscariot? As in Judas Iscariot? The betrayer?"
"That's the one," Iscariot confirmed. "My real name's Hirano Teshiko. Call me whichever you want."
Toga blushed. "That's such a pretty name!"
"Please stay away from me."
Giran continued. "Iscariot may not look like a hardcore villain, but she's already committed plenty of crimes. Nothing too flashy yet, but I've seen what she can do firsthand, and trust me. She could be invaluable to you."
"You a nun or something?" Shigaraki asked.
Iscariot snorted. "No. I just wear this to spite the Church."
Miss E smirked. "I think I like her already."
Shigaraki huffed but didn't say anything. "And what about him?" The hands villain pointed at the sole male Giran brought.
"This guy?" Giran smirked. "He hasn't committed any flashy crimes, but he's taken Stain's ideology to heart."
"I don't like this. Is your group really dedicated to the Hero Killer's mission?" Unlike the other two, the man's expression didn't change. "I can't imagine you are if you're gonna let this little psycho join you." Toga only giggled at that.
"At least she knows how to introduce herself to people," Shigaraki countered. "Don't just stare. What's your name?"
"Right now, I'm goin' by Dabi."
Shigaraki then said, "No, I want to know your real name, genius."
"I'll tell you when you need to know it." Dabi retorted. "In any case, my new purpose is to carry out the Hero Killer's will."
"I asked your name, not your crap on what your dreams are, Patchwork," Shigaraki growled, glaring at Dabi. "I'm getting sick and tired of hearing Stain just about everywhere. Why's everyone hung up over him? Every damn waking day for the past few weeks was about him and him only, not anything about us," he said, standing up from his seat.
"Shigaraki Tomura, don't do anything rash," Kurogiri warned.
"Yes, calm down Tomura," Miss E placed a hand on Shigaraki's shoulder.
"…Fine," he then looked at Giran. "Are there any more members that you found, or are these three the only ones?"
Giran smiled. "Well, I have a few in mind, but I need to contact them first. Good luck with the ones I brought you." Giran then took his money and left the place.
The blue-haired male sighed and said. "Well, welcome to the League of Villains, I guess. Feel free to consider yourself at home or whatever."
Toga then bounced up to Miss E. "Does that mean I can drink your blood and cut you?" She then touched Miss E's mask. "Because believe when I say that you will look cuter without the mask and blood all over your body."
"No, you can't!" Miss E swiped away Toga's hand.
"Great… This is gonna be fun," Iscariot muttered.
"You know what?" The hand villains stood up. "I'm not dealing with this right now."
Shigaraki stood up and got ready to leave causing Kurogiri to ask, "Are you going somewhere, young master?"
Shigaraki looked at him and said, "Getting some fresh air. I need to clear my head."
Kurogiri looked at his master and raised his nonexistent eyebrows. 'I imagine that the young Tomura might have exploded from anger, but he's holding himself back really well. It seems he's learning.'
"Hehehehe, he's funny. Maybe I'll like him better if I cut him a bit," Toga giggled.
"Don't worry. Tomura isn't so bad, once you get to know him," Miss E said.
"Whatever you say, Phantom of the Opera," Dabi deadpanned.
"Funny," Miss E deadpanned. "I think I'll head out, too. Get some shopping done while I'm here."
The next day after the final exams, the students of Class 1-A were discussing how their exams went. "I can't believe you guys got the drop on Zero!" Mina exclaimed when Kirishima told her how his exams went.
"Yep. And it was awesome!" The dyed redhead cheered.
"Our exam wasn't exactly easy, with Mirko gunning for Izi and all," Toru said.
"Man, you guys got to deal with both Mirko and Ryukyu," Kaminari muttered. 'But damn, Midoriya's lucky, being the only guy in his exam.'
"Bakugo actually managed to restrain himself during your exam?" A disbelieving Hyde asked Sero. "Are we sure we're talking about the same Bakugo?"
"Yep," Sero nodded. "I honestly thought he and Kamakiri were gonna blow a fuse before we reached Edgeshot."
"I heard that, idiot," Bakugo growled.
After a while of talking, it was soon time for class to start, so everyone got to their seats. Just in time, too, as Aizawa walked into the classroom, looking over the students with an appraising look. "Morning everyone. I'm just going to cut to the chase. First off, you all passed the written portion of the exam with flying colors." All the students cheered, but their teacher coughed a little grabbing their attention once more. "Now regarding the practical portion, you all passed that, as well. While everyone's performance varied, no one outright failed the practical."
"What would've happened if someone did fail the practical?" Hyde asked.
"Oh, you would have attended the training camp regardless," Aizawa answered. "It would be irrational to let any of you fall behind the others. Anyone who failed would merely have had to take remedial classes at night."
"Seriously dodged a bullet there!" Denki cheered wearily.
"Speaking of the training camp, I'll be passing out a guidebook for what you'll need for the camp," Aizawa said. "Make sure to prepare for the camp."
Once classes ended for the day, the students all began looking over the guidebooks they were handed for the training camp.
"This is gonna be great," Hyde said as he held up one of the pamphlets for the training camp. "I'm so glad we're all going together."
"Looks like we'll be at the camp for a full week," Iida said, looking through the guide.
"It'll start on August 10th, so we have time to get ready and enjoy summer for a little bit," Liana noted.
"I need a bigger suitcase, then." Hyde hummed.
"Yeah, I don't even have a bathing suit," Kaminari added. "I guess I need to buy some stuff."
"I need night vision goggles…" Mineta muttered.
"Shut it, flight risk." Bakugo huffed, pushing him out of his way. He didn't want to deal with their nonsense right now.
"This is so exciting, I can't wait!" Toru cheered. "It's going to be so awesome!"
Kyoka grinned. "Yeah, I can't either!"
"Hey, I got an awesome idea," Mina spoke up. "Since we have tomorrow off, why don't we all meet at a mall and go shopping together?"
"Hey yeah. That's a great idea," Kaminari smiled. "Come to think about it, we've never really hung out as a class before. The only other time we did was to study for the exams at Midoriya's place, and not all of us joined in."
"Maybe we can invite Class 1-B, too?" Tsubasa suggested.
"Oh! We should invite them!" Mina said.
"Will you be going, Bakugo?" Kirishima asked before Bakugo left.
"I can't think of anything more annoying." Bakugo frowned before walking out.
"As much as I'd like to join you all, I can't. I want to visit my mother." Todoroki said.
Wookiees Mall was the venue chosen for the hero course students' impromptu shopping trip, it had everything that they needed for their camping supply needs. As well as more specific stuff for accommodating quirk-based body alterations. Of course, when Rias and the others found out about the shopping trip, they insisted on coming along.
Once they arrived at the mall the large group split off to get whatever they needed or wanted.
Xenovia, Ibara, Koneko, and Ochako formed one group.
Itsuka, Yui, Reiko, Momo, and Kyoka went on their own.
Ravel went with Milia and Fuyuko.
Hyde, Yuuto, and some of the male students went to get some shoes.
Gasper had decided to stay at home.
The rest of the students spread out as well.
All that was left was Izuku and Rias, the former having a red face as they walked out of a swimsuit shop where Rias had tried on several bikinis.
"It's been a while since it was the two of us, huh?" Rias asked.
"Yeah," Izuku muttered.
"Are you looking forward to summer vacation, Izuku?" Rias smiled. "I know I am. It'll be nice to head home for a bit."
"What do you mean?" Izuku asked.
"Oh, right, I haven't told you or anyone else yet," Rias realized. "Around the start of summer, me, Sona, and Kudelia have to return to the Underworld. Normally it's until classes start back up in late August, but since each of our peerages has at least one student in the hero course we'll have to return to Japan early."
"Because of the training camp," Izuku realized.
"We don't have to leave for a week after school's out, so we still have a bit of time," Rias smiled. "Though I'm sure you're looking forward to Wednesday, aren't you?"
"Huh? What do you mean?" Izuku asked.
'Like Inko said,' Rias thought to herself, recalling a conversation she and some of the others had with Inko the previous night. "You'll see~," the redhead teased.
"Oh, wow! It's the winner of the sports festival! Nice." A voice spoke next to the two, the two turned and saw a man in a black hoodie walking up to them. "I want an autograph." The man said, practically forcing the two to separate as he wrapped his arm around Izuku's shoulders, surprising them with how forward he was.
"Hey!" Rias resisted the urge to slap the man. "You're interrupting us."
"Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt your date. Guess I got a little too excited," the man laughed. "By the way, aren't you also one of the students who took on the Hero Killer?"
"Y-Yeah," Izuku muttered. 'Is this what we'll be dealing with once we're Pros? Geez, now I can understand why All Might keeps his personal life a secret.' Izuku thought, though his nose suddenly wrinkled. 'Wait a sec! I feel like I've smelled his scent before…'
"Excuse me but… have we met before?" Izuku asked.
The man simply smiled. "I guess we have, in a sense. After all, from your perspective at least, we haven't met since the attack at the USJ." Rias and Izuku's eyes widened when he mentioned that. "I'm just as shocked as you are that we met again in a place like this… almost like it was destiny or something."
Before either could react, the man moved his hand to Izuku's neck, putting all but one finger on his throat.
'No…it can't be…' Izuku thought, the two looked up at the man and finally saw that it wasn't just an ordinary civilian. The light-blue hair, red eyes, and chapped skin were unmistakable.
"Why don't we take some time to have a chat, Midoriya Izuku and Rias Gremory?" Shigaraki Tomura asked, smiling as the two looked at him with fear.
"Shigaraki Tomura?" Izuku uttered.
"Why are you-?" Rias' question was cut off as a knife suddenly appeared in front of her neck.
"Oh, Miss E. So nice of you to join us," Shigaraki smiled as Izuku's eyes widened.
"If you told me you were gonna cause trouble like this I would've come with," Miss E said, wearing jeans and a dark green hoodie that did little to hide her buxom figure, along with a medical mask and sunglasses.
"Ria-!" Izuku choked a little as Shigaraki tightened his grip.
"Calm down you two. Just act naturally, like we're old friends who you two just ran into at the mall and want to catch up with—no need to cause a scene. Though if either of you try to do something funny, it'll be fast. Once all five of my fingers touch either one of you, you'll be turned to dust and powdered bone in seconds," Shigaraki threatened.
"If you do that where there are so many people… a hero will come to stop you," Izuku said, trying to stay calm.
"And that's not counting the kind of trouble you'll be in once my brother finds out," Rias added. "Not to mention all of our friends are here, too."
"Oh, we don't doubt that," Miss E said as she wrapped her arm around Rias' shoulder, keeping the knife both out of sight and pressed against Rias. "But maybe you two should think things through a little before you try anything yourselves."
"She's right. Just look around us at all these sheep!" Shigaraki pointed around them as dozens of normal people just smiling and having fun with their friends, families, or just by themselves walked around them. "Any one of these dolts could use their Quirks and start a massacre. And yet, they're here, thinking laws and rules will protect them because they assume everyone has the same morals. They're convinced 'nothing bad could happen to me'. So, picture this, after you two, we could kill twenty, thirty, maybe even more than that, along with some of those friends you mentioned, before some Pro shows up and manages to stop us."
"And that's assuming we don't get away and do it again and again," Miss E added.
Rias and Izuku's eyes widened in horror, the image of all these people and their friends dying because of Shigaraki filling their heads. Rias in particular glared hatefully at Shigaraki, wanting nothing more than to disintegrate him here and now, wanting to protect her ser- friends from him. But she knew she needed to keep a cool head here, as both her and Izuku's lives were in Shigaraki's hands. Literally.
"Fine… We'll talk." Rias grumbled while Izuku nodded.
"Good," Shigaraki said as he and Miss E led the two over to some benches.
"Oh! Ravel-chan! You look so cute in that!" Fuyuko squealed.
Ravel blushed in embarrassment at what she was wearing, a cosplay of Dark Magician Girl. "How did I let you talk me into this?"
"Because we already got what you and Milia needed and we still have some time," Fuyuko said. "How's it coming in there, Milia?"
"Uh… it's a little tight," Milia answered from inside the changing booth. Stepping out, Milia wore a sailor fuku with a blue skirt with lighter blue ribbons tied into a bow on her chest and a blue, round gem on the back of her skirt in the middle of her back bow. There weren't any shoulder sleeves. She wore blue knee-high boots with short heels and white trim, and gloves that were elbow length with a blue trim. Her cosplay was topped off with a golden tiara, a blue gem in the middle, and blue stud earrings.
"Nice, Milia!" Fuyuko gave a thumbs up. "You don't make a half-bad Sailor Mercury! Now it's my turn!" Picking up her own outfit, Fuyuko entered the dressing room, closing the curtain behind her.
"I know you liked cosplay, but I thought you made your own outfits?" Milia said.
"Oh, I do. But I also enjoy going to cosplay stores like this to see what they have," the yuki-onna explained. "Besides, these shops have all the material I'll need for our outfits later."
Ravel looked herself over in a nearby mirror. She had to admit, it wasn't bad.
"What's with the stupid smile, fried chicken?"
Ravel nearly jumped out of her skin, turning around to glare at Koneko for startling her. "What are you doing here?!"
"We spotted you here and came to check," Koneko answered. Behind her were Xenovia, Ibara, and Ochako, each carrying several bags.
"Those are… certainly strange outfits," Xenovia commented.
"They're just costumes, Xenovia," Ochako said.
"You guys got what you needed?" Milia asked.
"Just about," Ibara replied. "What about you?"
"I already got some of the ingredients," Ravel answered. "Fuyuko, though, hasn't bought anything yet."
"I will in a second," Fuyuko stepped out of the changing booth, wearing a white, skin-tight suit with dark blue, orange, green, and red highlights.
"…Rei Ayanami?" Ravel guessed.
Fuyuko happily nodded.
"I'm surprised you recognize it," Milia said.
"One time, Seekvaira dragged me, Rias, Sona, Kudelia, and a couple of others to watch some old mecha anime," Ravel explained. "I fell asleep halfway through Evangelion. I did enjoy New Getter Robo, though."
"Uh, mecha?" Xenovia questioned, tilting her head along with Ibara.
"We'll explain later," Ochako said. "You know, I'm kinda getting hungry. How about after this we meet up with Izu-kun and get something to eat?"
"That sounds nice," Koneko nodded in agreement.
"Yep!" Fuyuko smiled. "But first I need to get my ingredients. With them, I'm positive Izuku will like my cooking better than yours. No offense."
That earned the yuki-onna glares from Milia and Ravel.
"Fuyuko-san, this will be the only time you'll get to gloat, is that clear?" Milia said dangerously.
"…I'll burn you in one hit, Snow Woman," Ravel threatened.
"By the way, where is Izuku?" Xenovia asked.
"I believe he's with Rias right now," Ibara took out her cell phone. "I'll call and ask where to meet up." She placed the call, however, there was no response. Even after waiting a few minutes, there was still no response. This caused Ibara's smile to fade as she looked in concern. "Let me try Rias," Ibara called Rias's phone, but again there was no response, spreading worry among them.
Meanwhile, Shigaraki and Miss E had taken a seat. Miss E was sitting on Rias' right, her knife still pressed against the red-haired devil. To their right, Izuku had Shigaraki to his left, the villain's hand still gripped around Izuku's neck. Though to Rias and Izuku's surprise and Shigaraki's annoyance, there were about a dozen shopping bags next to Miss E.
"To put it simply, I basically hate everything," Shigaraki began. "But the Hero Killer pisses me off the most right now."
"Isn't he affiliated with you?" Rias asked.
"Not technically," Miss E said.
"And that's my problem," Shigaraki grumbled. "Everyone's obsessed with Stain. He upstaged everything I've done to destroy hero society, yet no one's giving me a second thought. Even my attacks on the USJ and Hosu are just afterthoughts now."
'He's such a petty child,' Rias thought.
"Despite what he claims to be, he only tried to get rid of what he didn't like." Shigaraki continued. "Just like me. He just excused himself with the motive of 'weeding out the true heroes'." Shigaraki smiled, as his eyes followed a kid running by. "Answer me this, Midoriya. Why do you think Stain has a bigger following than me? What's the difference?"
"The…difference?" Izuku repeated. "I don't understand you, your goals, and whatever you do. I don't agree with the Hero Killer either. He maimed and killed dozens of heroes for his delusions, but I can understand him… sort of," Izuku said. "We both were inspired by All Might, in some way. He even saved a friend of mine from the flying Nomu… he doesn't destroy things because it sounds fun. That's the difference between you two, he's more driven than you a-!"
Izuku stopped upon seeing the insane look in Shigaraki's eye.
"Ah… It's like a weight off my chest. I see it now… All the dots are connected. Why he makes me so angry, and why do you irritate me so much? Everything makes sense," Rias and Izuku both felt their hearts drop upon seeing Shigaraki's face gain a horrific smile. "It was always him. The problem… is All Might. He's why these morons are able to smile thoughtlessly!"
Imagines of blood and a severed hand flashed in his head. "They feel so safe because that garbage Pro is smiling thoughtlessly, too, as if there's no one in the whole world he can't save. Oh, I'm so glad we had this chat. Now I know what I have to do. All I have to do is kill All Might and everything else will crumble down."
"…Yeah, and not just with him either," behind her mask, Miss E began to smile. "I have my own little world I want to bring down, and taking out the four at the top will certainly help with that!"
'Four at the top? Who is she talking about?' Rias wondered.
"Your little boyfriend Pawn sure helped clear Tomura's head," Miss E then leaned into Rias. "So how should we pay you?"
"…I have one idea," Shigaraki smiled, his grip tightened, his last finger on Izuku's neck closing on, but a voice stopped him.
"Uh, Buchou? Izuku?" In front of them, Milia, Fuyuko, Ravel, Koneko, Xenovia, Ibara, and Ochako stood with worried faces. "Uh, are they friends of yours?" Milia nervously asked.
Both Xenovia and Koneko, though, quickly gained hardened looks as they stepped forward, recognizing that the two weren't friends.
Shigaraki's grip suddenly let off, Izuku gasping for air as the villain smiled playfully towards them. "Oh, are they friends of yours? My bad, I just had to talk to someone famous from U.A."
Miss E quickly pocketed the knife away as she moved away from Rias. "We didn't mean to take up so much of your time," she said as she grabbed her bags.
As the two villains stood up, Shigaraki leaned his head back towards Izuku and Rias, his smile fading. "Try anything, and your friends here are dead." With that warning, the two villains began to make their leave.
"Are you guys okay!?" Ibara quickly ran to their side with the others, Xenovia and Koneko keeping their eye on the two disguised villains.
"For the most part, we're okay," Rias answered.
"Hold on, Shigaraki…" Izuku said, voice loud enough to turn some heads. "What is All for One after?"
Shigaraki turned his head back to face Izuku for a moment. He shrugged. "Who knows? And honestly, I don't care. But here's a little word of advice for you and your friends. Be careful. The next time we meet… I'll probably have to kill you."
"And what about you, Miss E?" Rias spoke up. "That's what Shigaraki called you, right? What do you get out of working with All for One?"
Miss E turned her head. Even though her face was hidden by the sunglasses, hoodie, and medical mask, they could tell she was smirking at them. "Wouldn't you like to know?" She taunted. "Oh, and by the way…" Miss E displayed the knife she used and… casually bent it in her hands, revealing it to be made of rubber. "Try not to get so worked up over a toy knife next time, okay?"
"Huh?" Rias muttered as she stared at the fake knife. 'But… it felt so real when she pressed it against me. How…?'
"Amazing what kind of Hero Killer merchandise there is, huh?" Miss E casually tossed the toy knife away.
Shigaraki grumbled something before he held up his hand and waved. "Ciao." And just like that, he and Miss E disappeared into the crowd.
The next few hours sort of blurred together. The police were quickly called and a joint effort by the police and active heroes around the area was formed to hunt for Shigaraki and Miss E, but they were long gone. The mall itself had been closed early to try to find him or any hints, but sadly there were none. Izuku and Rias were taken to the police station later that day to be interviewed by Detective Tsukauchi, who has been investigating the League of Villains since the USJ Attack.
"From what I'm hearing, it sounds like they're not a monolithic organization," said Tsukauchi as he looked over the report on his clipboard. "And it sounds like his desire to defeat All Might hasn't changed a bit."
"Yeah, he did say something like that," Izuku nodded.
"Still, based on this 'Miss E' that was with him, it sounds like there are more members to their group than we initially thought," Tsukauchi added. The detective then offered a grateful smile. "Thanks for the report, you two. This helps."
"You're welcome, detective," Rias politely said.
"I'm sure you've both had a long day, so let's end things here."
With that, Tsukauchi led the two out of the building by one of the backdoors. The three walked out together before a familiar voice called out.
"Young Midoriya! Young Gremory! Tsukauchi!" Called All Might as he walked towards the three.
"All Might? What are you doing here?" Izuku asked, walking up to him.
"When I heard about what happened I came as soon as I could," All Might answered.
"It's a good thing he showed up, I need to talk to him," Tsukauchi said.
"I'm glad you're okay," All Might smiled in relief. "The rest of your friends and your mother are nearby."
Izuku smiled, but it quickly faded. "Hey, All Might, can I ask you a question?"
The number one hero nodded. "I'll answer anything you need."
"Was there ever a time where… you couldn't save everybody?" Izuku asked.
All Might was silent for a moment before he frowned. "More often than you think. Someone could be injured anywhere in the world right now and could be calling out my name. I would never know about it. I know it's frustrating but I am human. Most heroes are. There's always going to be someone out of reach, someone that we can't protect. That's… one of the worst things heroes have to accept. But that's all the more reason to stand tall and smile."
"Is… that why you became the Symbol of peace?" Rias asked.
"That's right," All Might nodded. "Even when I can't be, a flicker in people's hearts, whether they be a hero or a villain."
"…Right!" Izuku nodded.
"Let's go home, Izu. It's been a long day," Rias said, grabbing hold of Izuku's hand as they left.
Somewhere in an unknown location, Shigaraki's Master had a large grin on his deformed face. "You seem oddly happy, Master. Is it because the League of Villains' roster continues to grow?" All for One's doctor, the only other occupant of the room, asked.
"That's not why Doctor. It's because Tomura has finally found his conviction," All for One answered. "His recent encounter with the Red Dragon Emperor, Midoriya Izuku, seemed to have sparked something in Tomura."
"Midoriya? Where have I heard that name before?" The doctor pondered for a moment. "Well regardless, it seems things are going as you planned."
"Yes. The League of Villains needs people who will get behind his principles. I will leave all of the decisions to him for now. If he asks for help, then of course I will step in and guide him. That's not a problem as far as I see it." All for One smiled as he 'stared' at a monitor. "I'm training him to become the next 'me', my successor. But to compete with the likes of a Dragon Emperor, he will need an edge. How is Miss E's mission coming along?"
"She reports that she'll be able to infiltrate the facility soon," the doctor answered. "If this individual she spoke of is true, I'm sure his Quirk will become a tremendous asset to us."
"Yes, I'm sure it will," All for One grinned in excitement.
The rest of the last week of the first trimester went away like a flash. It mostly consisted of teachers reviewing lessons given to them since the beginning of the school year, so there wasn't anything new to learn. In layman's terms; the entire week was quite boring for the students. But there was one day that some of them were looking forward to.
"So, is everyone ready for tomorrow?" Rias asked, getting nods from everyone in the dining hall of the Midoriya home. Izuku was currently in the bath and the girls in the home took the moment to get together and prepare.
"I already contacted Nejire-senpai, and she's probably told Ryukyu and Mirko by now," Milia said.
"We can start cooking at any moment," Ravel added.
"The guys will keep Izuku busy tomorrow until we're ready," said Ochako.
"Sounds like we're all set!" Fuyuko declared.
"I kinda wish Irina was here," Xenovia muttered. "She would love to help."
"She had to go back to the Vatican, so it can't be helped," Momo said. "At least she let us hold onto the gift she got for Izuku while she was still here."
"The rest of us got gifts for him, too," Kyoka added.
"Good," Rias smiled. After that stressful encounter at the mall, tomorrow will be the perfect chance to unwind. "Let's give Izuku the best birthday ever!"
"YEAH!"
Ch. 62: Izuku's Special Surprise
Wednesday came, and the school day went and came as it usually does. But Izuku did notice that all of the girls were acting strangely. He had asked a couple of them if something was going on, but they all said to 'wait and see', with Mina, in particular, looking excited.
When school ended for the day, Hyde invited Izuku and some other guys to the arcade. Before he could think about it, Rias had texted, saying there wouldn't be any club activities for the day and that Izuku should take Gasper out to help the dhampir boy get used to being outside.
So, Izuku, carrying Gasper in a box, went to the arcade with Hyde, Kaminari, Iida, Yuuto, Saji, Kirishima, Shoji, Tokoyami, and Tetsutetsu.
Behind them, Ochako and Milia watched closely as the boys took Izuku to the arcade. "Green dragon is moving. I repeat, the green dragon is moving," Ochako said into her phone.
"{Good. Yuuto and the others should keep him busy until we're ready. Meet back here ASAP.}" Rias' voice replied.
"Roger that!" Ochako giggled as she hung up. "Let's get going, Milia!"
"Right!"
Entering the arcade felt like entering a sea of color, sound, and excitement. The sounds of pinball machines pinging, tokens clinking, and friends laughing together over a multiplayer game filled the air. Each game's neon lights beckoned players to try their hand at beloved classics like Pac-Man or brand-new hits like Jazz Jazz Resolution.
"It's so bright…" Gasper whined from within his cardboard box.
"Oh, relax. We're here to have some fun!" Kaminari patted the box. "The least you can do is step out of that box and play a game for a bit."
"I… I'll think about it…" Gasper muttered.
"…Is he always like this?" Kirishima asked.
"Pretty much, yeah," Hyde nodded. "So? What should we do first?"
"I suggest the dancing game," Iida waved his arms. This earns him odd looks from the others. "What? What is it? Are my glasses smudged?"
"No, not that. It's just…" Yuuto tried to say something.
"We just weren't expecting you to be the dancing type, is all," Izuku said.
"Oh! Well, to clarify, I am not a 'dancing type', whatever that is," Iida said. "My brother once told me he tried dancing games to improve his footwork and relieve stress as a student, and I've been curious."
"Oh, that makes much more sense," Hyde smiled. "It doesn't look like anyone's there now, so might as well."
"Very good! Come, we have a schedule to keep!" Iida declared as he marched over to the dancing games.
"Schedule? What schedule?" Izuku asked.
"Nothing you need to worry about," Tetsutetsu wrapped an arm around Izuku's shoulder.
Poking out of his box, Gasper glanced at Iida. "So, I've been meaning to ask, but is Iida-senpai a robot?"
"Excuse me?" Iida turned to Gasper.
Kirishima, Kaminari, and Hyde laughed while Yuuto chuckled. "The little dude isn't wrong," Kaminari smiled.
"He does have mechanical components in his legs," Shoji said as Tokoyami nodded.
"Can we get to the dance games already?" Dark Shadow asked as he slithered out of his host's body. "I wanna see Fumi mess up at them!"
"Dark Shadow!"
At the Midoriya home, preparations for the party were well underway.
"Got another batch ready!"
"Good job, Ravel," Rias called from the dining table. "How are the decorations coming along?"
"Just about set," Milia answered as she, Tsuyu, and Ibara finished setting up the banner.
Koneko and Eri stood nearby, staring at the table covered in food, particularly the sweets. "You two will have some once Izuku gets back," Rias said.
"I know…" Koneko sighed.
"What's everyone doing?" Eri asked.
"We're getting ready for Izuku's birthday party," Ochako answered as she and Tsubasa cooked some katsudon.
"Birthday party?" Eri tilted her head.
"Don't tell me you don't know what a birthday party is?" Xenovia asked the girl.
"I know what a birthday is," Eri pouted cutely at the former exorcist. "But I don't remember when mine is."
Everyone paused at that. Tsuyu had an unsettling feeling. "Kero. You never celebrated your birthday before, Eri-chan?"
Eri shook her head sadly.
"Do you at least know when your birthday is?" Toru asked.
"I don't remember."
"Oh, you poor girl!" Mina hugged Eri.
"Too bad we're already set up for Izuku's party, then we could also celebrate Eri's with his," Setsuna said.
"Hm," Yui nodded.
"Don't worry, Eri-chan, we'll figure something out for you," Inko said with a smile.
*ding dong!*
"That must be Sona and the others," Rias ran to the door.
Sure enough, there was her childhood friend, along with Kudelia and the remaining members of their respective peerages, on the other side of the door. Each of them carried wrapped boxes in their hands.
"Hope we're not too early!" Kudelia said as they entered the mansion.
"Wow! Izuku-kun's home is so big!" Nejire exclaimed excitedly, already running around exploring while asking questions.
"You got here just in time," Rias explained as she closed the door. "Presents go on the table there."
"The preparations seem to be going well," Tye said.
"Sure has," Kyoka called out. "Just need to finish the food and the remaining decorations."
"Don't forget the special outfits Fuyuko is making," Momo added, causing the rocking girl to blush at the reminder.
"Outfits?" Kudelia questioned before smirking. "Can I get in on it?"
"No," Rias firmly said.
"Sorry, but I'm not sure Fuyuko has enough material for you," Milia replied.
"Someone say my name?" The aforementioned Yuki-onna walked down the stairs.
"You finished the costumes?" Xenovia asked.
"Yep."
"Think you can make one more outfit?" Kudelia asked.
Fuyuko shook her head. "Sorry, but I ran out of material."
"Aw…"
"Are special outfits required for a birthday party?" Todoroki asked.
"No, it's for… something else," Mina waved off.
Sona then asked. "If you haven't started, can I bake the cake-?"
"NO, NO, NO!" Rias frantically waved her hands. "You're not going to pois- I mean, we already started baking the cake," Rias gestured to the kitchen, where the scent of freshly baked cake filled the air, being baked by Inko.
"Oh," Sona sighed in disappointment.
Kudelia smiled teasingly. "Don't feel bad. After all, it would've been inedible anyway."
Sona glared at Kudelia for that with a pout.
Izuku walked to his home with everyone who joined them at the arcade. Above their heads, the sun was starting to draw closer to the setting horizon. "That was… actually a lot of fun," Gasper admitted, walking close to Yuuto.
"A nice break from everything," Hyde agreed.
"And we still got plenty left to do!" Kaminari declared.
"We do?" Izuku asked.
Kaminari mentally panicked for a moment before Saji spoke up. "Don't worry, Midoriya. You'll see soon."
"Okay…" Izuku muttered. When they entered through the front door, it was dark. "Hello?" Izuku called. "Is anybody home?" He was at least expecting Rias to have greeted him, but this seemed off. And was that cake he smelled? Along with several other people? And… a whole lot of katsudon?
"SURPRISE!"
Izuku stepped back in shock as the lights turned on while party poppers popped before him and confetti landed on him. He shook his head before opening his eyes and seeing almost everyone in his class standing around in a decorated room with a banner at the top reading, "Happy Birthday."
"Eh? Eh!? EHHH!?" Izuku shouted as he saw everyone around. He then turned around, seeing the grinning faces of the guys.
"Happy birthday dude! Did we surprise ya?!" Kirishima asked with a toothy grin.
"Congratulations on getting one year older, Midoriya!" Iida shouted within the group as he raised a hand in the air.
Nejire suddenly popped up in front of him. "So, were you surprised, Izuku-kun? Were you? Were you?"
It took a second for Izuku to realize what was happening. "I… completely forgot today was my birthday."
"Your mom figured as much," Rias said as she strutted toward her boyfriend. "She told us, and we arranged for a surprise party!"
"Not everyone we invited could make it, though," Xenovia added, thinking about Irina, who had to return to the Vatican. Ryukyu and Mirko were also invited, but they had prior engagements today and promised to make it up later.
"So, do you like it?" Momo asked.
"Like it? I love it! Thank you guys for this…" Izuku said with a smile on his face.
"Then let's get this party started" Mina declared.
The first thing was the cook-off some of the girls had done. The dish, of course, was Izuku's favorite, katsudon. The participants are Rias, Ochako, Milia, Ibara, Ravel & Koneko, Fuyuko, Tsubasa, and Momo (to the ORC's horror). Ravel wanted to participate, but as she was helping Inko bake the cake, she asked Koneko to help cook the katsudon.
Spread out on the dining table were eight bowls of katsudon. "Wow, most of this looks really good!" Izuku smiled at the display.
"What do you mean by most?" Momo asked.
"You know why," Ibara muttered, staring nervously at Momo's katsudon. Surprisingly, it looked normal, but appearances can be deceiving.
"Go ahead, Izu-kun! Try one," Ochako said, pushing her dish toward him.
"Hold on!" Kyoka suddenly got up. "We shouldn't just give all of it to Izuku right away! I-I mean, we should make sure all of the food is… safe to eat first," she glanced at a certain someone.
"That's a good point. Not all of us are good cooks," Ochako added as she also glanced at a certain someone.
"Especially since someone made their own katsudon," Koneko said as she, too, glanced at a certain someone.
"Don't look at me like that!" Momo pouted.
"Is something wrong?" Kirishima asked.
"Trust us, you don't want to know," Kyoka said. "Plus, it wouldn't exactly be a good cook-off if there's only one judge."
"In that case, try my katsudon first," Fuyuko said.
"I'll try it," Rias offered. She then took a bit of Fuyuko's katsudon… and cringed in pain, her face turning red. "Urgh…" forcing herself to swallow, the crimson-haired devil sweated as she turned to Fuyuko. "What did you use for that?! Ghost peppers?"
"Yes. What's wrong? It's not that spicy, is it?" Fuyuko asked.
Izuku then took a bite of Fuyuko's katsudon. "…! It's spicy! Really spicy!" Izuku muttered as he started to sweat. The katsudon was almost like lava in his mouth, and there was a weird iron taste as a dull pain spread through his mouth.
"Pfft, it can't be that bad," Kudelia remarked, taking a bite of the katsudon… only to immediately spit it out and yell, "MOTHERFU-! MILK, I NEED MILK!" Kudelia sprinted towards the refrigerator, desperate to cool her mouth, which felt like it was on fire.
"Yikes…" Kaminari squeaked.
"So, uh, next?" Hyde muttered.
"Here, try mine next," Momo said.
"Oh boy…" Ibara muttered, already ready to use Twilight Healing to help any casualties.
"I'll… take it. *gulp*" Hesitantly, Kyoka took a bite of Momo's katsudon.
"Well?" Momo asked expectantly.
A confused look appeared on Kyoka's face as she chewed on the katsudon. Swallowing, she took another bite, though her confusion didn't alleviate. "Uh… How do I put this?" The rocking girl muttered. "It tastes very… boneless."
"Boneless?! What's that supposed to mean?" Momo asked.
Wondering himself, Izuku took a bit of Momo's katsudon. "Huh, it doesn't taste unusual. In fact…" Izuku's eyes widened in shock. "I can't taste anything! There's no flavor at all! I can't even taste the ingredients."
"You're kidding!" Kirishima took a bite of Momo's katsudon. "Oh, you're not kidding. It takes like undercooked rice or… cardboard."
"C-Cardboard?" Momo sadly muttered.
"Hey, it's a huge improvement from that chocolate from Valentine's Day!" Ochako pointed out, trying to lighten the mood.
"I guess…" Momo sadly muttered. "And I worked so hard on it, too."
Eri then suddenly took a bite of Momo's katsudon. "…I think it tastes good."
Momo immediately brightened up. "Eri-chan…!"
'That brave, innocent girl…' Kyoka thought.
"How about mine next?" Ibara offered.
"I'll try it," Momo offered. Taking a bite of Ibara's katsudon, Momo chewed before swallowing. "This is great, Ibara."
Ibara's eyes brighten at the praise. "Really?!"
Izuku then took a bite of Ibara's katsudon. "Oh wow! Momo's right! This is really good."
Ibarra smiled and blushed at the praise. The cooking shows she'd been watching and Inko's lessons were finally beginning to pay off.
"So who's next?" Koneko asked.
"I guess mine," Tsubasa offered the katsudon she made. "Uh, fair warning. This is the first time I cooked something so I… have no idea if this turned out well."
"I'll try it," Todoroki took a bite of Tsubasa's katsudon.
"…Well? How is it?" Tsubasa asked.
"…It's awful," Todoroki stated.
"So blunt!" Tsubasa flinched.
"Let me try," Kaminari took a bite as well. "Oh, wow. It is awful."
Tsubasa sighed. "Oh…"
"H-hey, for your first time cooking it's not that bad!" Kaminari tried to reassure her.
"Yeah, thanks for the consolation… I feel soooo much better…" Tsubasa deadpanned. "Who's next?"
Rias didn't waste any time answering as she prepared to feed Izuku some of her katsudon. "Open wide, Izu-kun~!"
Giving a small chuckle, Izuku ate the offered katsudon. The moment he did, his mouth was hit with an explosion of flavor. "Yum! This is the best one so far!"
"I'm glad you like it, Izu-kun!" Rias smiled.
Ochako pouted before she once again offered her katsudon to Izuku. "Mine's next!"
"Oh, right," Izuku took a bite of Ochako's katsudon. "This is pretty good, Ochako."
Rias took a bite. "I have to agree, this isn't bad. But… why do I taste mochi, too?"
"Oh, that's probably the matcha mochi flavoring," Ochako smiled sheepishly. "I couldn't resist adding some. So who's next?"
"Ours," Koneko said, with Ravel nodding.
"Hold on, you two worked together to make this?" Kyoka asked.
Ravel gave an embarrassed blush. "I'm much better with cakes, and Koneko wanted to make something for Izuku-senpai."
"We did a compromise," Koneko added. "It's nothing special." The white-haired Rook bashfully looked away. "I hope you like it, senpai."
"I'm sure I will," Izuku reassured.
"Let me try it!" Before anyone could object, Nejire took several bites of Ravel and Koneko's katsudon.
"Well?" Ravel asked.
"It's really sweet! I like it!" Nejire beamed.
Izuku then tried some. "Oh wow, it is sweet."
Ravel smiled while Koneko sported a faint blush.
"One left," Nejire said, all eyes turning to the one bowl of katsudon left untouched.
"Uh, mine," Milia muttered nervously. "It's nothing special, just a couple of extra ingredients."
"Like what?" Hyde asked as Izuku took a bite.
"Chicken, pineapple juice, and cinnamon," Milia answered.
"Pineapple juice?" Xenovia repeated in confusion.
"Cinnamon?" Tsuyu tilted her head.
"The chicken, I understand, but the other two are rather odd choices for katsudon," Iida added.
"It still tastes amazing," Izuku said. "I honestly can't tell who made the best katsudon, your or Rias."
Milia blushed at Izuku's compliments. Though, she had an… alternative reason for adding the pineapple juice. One only Rias knew about, the redhead giving Milia a knowing wink as she ate some of the succubus' katsudon.
"Is it over?" Kudelia asked, having a milk mustache now.
"Looks like it," Tye answered.
Ravel then smugly looked at Fuyuko. "Not gloating, Fuyuko? I thought you said Izuku-senpai would like your cooking more than ours."
Fuyuko turned to glare at the Phenex girl. "Oh, shut it, fried chicken! I bet my dish still tastes better than yours!"
"I doubt it, but I'll try it anyway," Ravel grabbed Fuyuko's katsudon. "Besides, I kinda like spicy food."
Without hesitation, Ravel took a big bit of the dish. The moment she did…
"U-Urhg…!"
*Thud!*
To the shock of everyone, Ravel gagged before she suddenly collapsed.
"R-Ravel-chan?!" Fuyuko nervously asked.
"Sure enough… Burned in one hit," Xenovia said.
Kyoka blinked owlishly. "Huh. And here I thought Momo's food would cause the first casualty."
A depressive cloud formed over Momo and Fuyuko's heads.
It took roughly 20 minutes to revive Ravel. During that time, the rest of the katsudon dishes that were edible quickly vanished (the remaining inedible dishes were destroyed).
Next was opening birthday presents. Everyone would go one at a time to have him open his present right in front of them to see his reaction. As expected, a good number of the gifts were hero merchandise (mostly All Might, with a couple of exceptions).
"Here, Izuku," Xenovia handed him two presents. "One's from Irina. She got it while she was still in Japan and asked me to give it to you."
"Thank you, Xenovia," Izuku opened Xenovia's gift first. It was rather long and heavy. Once he unwrapped it, Izuku pulled out a sheathed blade. "A katana?!"
"I… recently began collecting swords," Xenovia explained. Even when she was an exorcist for the church, Xenovia had always been drawn to swords. "I figured you might like it."
"Whoa, that's so manly!" Kirishima exclaimed.
'I should ask where she acquired that blade,' Tokoyami thought to himself.
"I'm not sure what to do with it, but thanks, Xenovia," Izuku smiled, putting the blade away before opening Irina's gift. It was far smaller than Xenovia's, being held in a light purple gift bag. Opening it, he found it was a stack of manga, titled 'Fate of the Blue'. "Oh wow!"
"Oh hey, I remember reading that back in middle school!" Kaminari spoke up.
"Me and Rinchan used to read these all the time when it first started," Izuku smiled at the memory. "I'll have to thank her when I see her again. Thanks, Xenovia."
The blue-haired Knight nodded. "You're welcome, Izuku," she smiled. But Xenovia still had one more gift for Izuku, but she had trusted Rias and Milia with it, the two promising to make full use of it later.
As the day went on, the party began to die down. The guests began to leave, but for most of the girls, this was the moment they were waiting for.
Once Inko took Eri to her room, the girls practically dragged Izuku down to the theater on the first basement floor. "Uh, what now?" Izuku asked dumbly.
"You'll see, Izuku~," Rias teased as she blindfolded the Pawn.
Before long, Izuku felt himself being sat in a chair. "Stay right here, Izu. And don't take off the blindfold until we're ready," he heard Rias say.
Gulping nervously, Izuku did as he was told and waited, wondering just what Rias and the other girls were up to. He could hear a commotion going on, but he couldn't tell what.
"Okay, you can take it off now, Izuku!" He heard Ibara call.
As his eyes adjusted to the light, Izuku discovered he was on the mostly empty sixth floor, though there was now a small stage in front of him with a couple of metal poles.
Rias, Ibara, Ochako, Momo, Kyoka, Ravel, Setsuna, Fuyuko, Mina, Toru, Liana, Tsuyu, Milia, Tsubasa, Nejire, and Yui stood on the stage, but they weren't alone. Xenovia and Itsuka were also with them. But what really caused Izuku's face to burn were all the sexy outfits they were wearing.
Rias wore a sexy Devil outfit. This dress left nothing to the imagination, showing most of her skin. She even had her Devil wings out and was holding a pitch, with little Devil horns on her head.
Ibara wore a dark green slutty nun outfit that left little to the imagination, her vines wrapped around her legs and thighs.
Ochako wore a classic witch outfit with a pink and black one-piece suit based on Momo's hero costume, exposing a good part of her cleavage with a black open fur-collared coat, thigh-high boots, and a pink witch hat.
Momo and Kyoka wore sexy animal costumes, with Momo as a crane and Kyoka as a black cat.
Ravel had on a dark pink bunny hood and shirt with short shorts that resembled panties.
Setsuna, like Momo and Kyoka, wore a sexy animal costume, though her's was dinosaur-themed (a raptor).
Fuyuko wore a metal bikini with a long purple silk skirt.
Mina had on a purple fishnet outfit with thicker fabric covering her privates.
Toru wore a cow print bikini with thigh highs and a headband with cow ears and horns.
Liana wore a Bunny Girl outfit, only it was a medium-length subdued pink kimono with a pair of red-colored bunny ears, a Yamato design, a bold low necktie, a white fluffy tail, and fishnet stockings.
Tsuyu, like Ochako, wore a sexy witch outfit, though with an orange and black striped bikini tip, a black witches hat with an orange band, a black and orange striped bikini bottom skirt combo, and black knee-high boots.
Milia only wore a mint-green apron with the words "Kiss the naughty succubus" in red.
Tsubasa wore a red and white kunoichi dress with red tassels at the back that were fastened to an obi around her waist, leaving nothing to the imagination.
Nejire resembled a fairy or pixie, wearing a dark blue one-piece swimsuit with stockings and fake fairy wings.
Yui wore a skimpy shrine outfit that was see-through.
Xenovia's outfit was practically nonexistent, being little more than leopard-skin stockings, cat ears, a tail, and basically straps that covered her privates, along with black boots.
Finally, Itsuka wore a Cleopatra-inspired outfit, consisting of thin bottoms mostly only covering her thanks to a royal blue drape in the front and back, her midriff left completely exposed with wrappings covering her breasts clearly too small for her.
Spreading her wings, Rias floated down to Izuku, a sultry look on her face. "So, Izu-kun, like what you see~?"
"I… I… I…" Izuku couldn't find the words, his head practically resembling a tomato.
"I think he does~!" Momo giggled.
"W-What… IS all this? Exactly?" Izuku managed to say.
"This is something I had planned to do myself, but the others found out and wanted to join in," Rias said.
"It's going to be a pole dancing party, our gift to you, Izuku," Toru added as she and Tsubasa gripped onto the dance poles.
"But before that, these two wanted to share something," Ravel gestured to Itsuka and Xenovia.
The two mentioned girls walked up to Izuku.
Itsuka blushed. "Uh, remember after the final exams how I…"
"Yeah…" Izuku nodded, blushing as he remembered how Itsuka kissed him, which led to a make-out session with several girls.
"Since then, I've been thinking," Itsuka leaned closer. "About why I targeted you first. And that made me realize how I feel about you… Izuku." Izuku blushed at Itsuka using his given name for the first time. "I really like you. A lot. And… I want in."
Itsuka then planted her lips on Izuku's. His instincts told him to kiss Itsuka back, and she could feel the love he held for her. Once Izuku and Itsuka parted lips, Xenovia leaned forward.
"I want in also," the blue-haired Knight said.
Izuku flinched a little, remembering his and Xenovia's encounter at the pool. "Uh, Xenovia? Is your only reason for liking me because you want powerful children?" Izuku questioned.
Xenovia flinched when Izuku asked that before she began to feel guilty. "…Originally, yes. But… things have changed after being around you for as long as I have."
"How so?" Izuku inquired.
Xenovia felt her face flush before she spoke. "I'm sure I can't say anything specific that the others haven't said, but when you asked Lord Michael to allow me and Ibara to pray to God again, I began to realize that I didn't just want you for strong children. I… I wanted you… for you."
Izuku could sense that Xenovia was genuine about her shame and affection for him. So, he pulled her into a warm embrace as he rested his chin on her shoulder while gently petting the back of her head.
"Xenovia… thank you for loving me for who I am," Izuku said softly
Xenovia gently pushed Izuku back a bit before planting her lips on his. Izuku didn't resist Xenovia, in fact, he pulled her closer so he could deepen the loving kiss. Xenovia lightly moaned as she savored the current make-out session, but she didn't get to enjoy it for long before Itsuka suddenly pulled her away.
"My turn," the redhead devil hybrid stated before she locked lips with Izuku, the two taking turns kissing Izuku.
The other girls smiled at their friends, the two now officially joining Izuku's harem.
"Two more," Yui smirked.
"What are we waiting for? An open invitation?" Setsuna as she joined in on kissing Izuku.
The next hour and a half was spent with the girls alternating between pole dancing for Izuku and kissing him.
Izuku let out a long, drawn-out yawn as he entered his room, his face still flushed from all the kissing and the pole dance party his girlfriends had done earlier. He enjoyed the show quite a bit, but unfortunately, it had to end eventually.
As he got ready for bed, he heard the door open.
"Izu-kun."
"Izuku-kun."
Izuku turned around and saw Rias and Milia walk into his room, wearing red and light green bathrobes.
"Rias, Milia. Ready for bed?" Izuku asked.
"Not yet. We still have one last thing to take care of," Milia said as she closed the door and locked it.
Izuku watched as Rias then used her magic to cast a spell of some kind around his room. "Uh, what did you just do?"
"I've cast a soundproof spell on your room so no one can hear what's going on inside," the King explained to her Pawn.
"Ok, but why?" Izuku asked.
Rias then tossed him a box. Izuku fumbled a little but managed to catch it.
"One last gift from Xenovia for the three of us," Milia said, blushing up a storm.
Blinking, Izuku examined what the box was… and his face began to burn when he saw that it was a box of condoms.
That was when Rias and Milia removed their robes, revealing their bare glory to Izuku. Izuku's face practically glowed red as Rias and Milia got into bed with him, the latter looking nervous while the former looked eager.
As the girls, now back into their normal clothes, finished cleaning up, Inko walked back downstairs. "Eri is fast asleep now," she said before looking around. "Where's Izuku? And for that matter, where's Rias and Milia?"
"Oh, they're giving Izuku his last birthday present," Momo answered.
"Yeah, two special presents," Kyoka added.
"Oh?" Inko blinked before she realized. "You mean…" Inko's eyes began to water.
"Uh oh…" Fuyuko muttered as she and the other girls noticed Inko's teary eyes.
"Head for higher ground!" Ochako yelled.
"OH! MY BABY IS NOW A MAN!" Inko wailed as she cried in happiness, her tears flooding the first floor and nearly washing the girls away.
Sometime later, Izuku, Milia, and Rias lay in bed, completely worn out. "Wow… That was…"
"Amazing…" Milia finished.
"That was wonderful, Izuku," Rias added.
"Yeah," Izuku nodded dumbly. As the girls snuggled up to him, Izuku pulled the covers over them before he placed his arms over Rias and Milia. "Thank you, for such an amazing birthday."
"You're welcome, Izuku," Milia said with a yawn. "I love you, Izuku."
"I love you too, Izuku," Rias said.
"I love you both," Izuku replied. Before long, sleep took them.
The next day, everyone was in the dining area for breakfast. Izuku, Rias, and Milia were the last to arrive, the three practically glowing. Inko looked ready to cry when she saw them, while some of the other girls looked at them in a mix of jealousy and intrigue.
"So, how was he?" Fuyuko whispered to Milia.
Blushing, the succubus simply said, "You'll have to find out."
The Yuki-onna pouted in response.
"Oh, I'm so proud of you, Izuku!" Inko looked to be on the verge of tears. …again.
Izuku groaned in embarrassment at the attention, begging for something to happen to take attention away from him.
*Ding dong*
'That works!' Izuku shot up from his seat. "I'll get it." Reaching the front door, Izuku questioned who could be coming at this time. "All Might?" Izuku stammered as he opened the door, seeing the emaciated form of Yagi Toshinori standing there with a wide grin on his face. "What are you doing here?"
"I am here! With a gift!" The pro grinned as his own joke as he lifted up a thin yellow manilla envelope, the kind that tickets for a concert would be in.
"Izuku, who is it?" Rias called as she walked up. "Oh, All Might."
"Hello, Young Gremory."
"Do you know him?" Inko asked as she and the others arrived at the entrance.
"I'm All Might's assistant," the pro answered. "I occasionally see them U.A."
Those who knew the truth nodded. "So, what brings you here?" Xenovia asked.
"I've just come to drop something off for him, courtesy of U.A. High School," All Might answered.
The Midoriya matriarch raised her eyebrow. "What gift could the school give my son, and why are you delivering it?" Inko asked with a questioning voice.
Izuku gulped at the interrogating tone, but Toshinori simply pulled out a card and handed it to Inko. "Originally it was All Might that was supposed to deliver it. He can make transportation of things much faster than the rest of the staff, but he assigned it to me as his assistant." The card was an I.D. from All Might's agency, an image of Toshinori on it, and a designation below that displayed him as All Might's right hand, the pro's personal assistant. "He meant to deliver it but he has to get ready for an upcoming event, so I've come in his stead."
Inko glanced at the manilla envelope "And what's the gift?"
Toshinori could only smile more. "As the winner of the Sports Festival, Young Midoriya here has earned himself two tickets to the upcoming I-Island Expo!"
"…the… I-Island… Expo…? I GOT TWO TICKETS TO THE I-ISLAND EXPO!" Izuku couldn't believe it, tickets to the Expo! I-Island! The moving island was single-handedly pushing Quirk research and other areas of engineering and research.
Not only that, but it was also the current workplace of All Might's first-ever sidekick, the American Quirk scientist: David Shield!
"Yes, yes, Young Midoriya." Toshinori chuckled and handed the envelope over. "You get a ticket for yourself and a plus one, anyone you want."
At that, all of the girls glanced at Izuku expectingly. Izuku gulped at all the attention he was getting from them… again.
All Might smiled. "I'm sure that all of you will be able to go, no matter who you choose, Young Midoriya."
"Yes, I can arrange it easily," Rias simply said, not taking her eyes off Izuku.
"Then I don't see any reason for a fight," All Might added as he turned to leave. "By the way, All Might was also given an invite to the I-Expo. And he's willing to bring you with him."
"That's good," Izuku muttered, still nervously looking at the expecting girls. Even if Rias can easily get all of them to I-Island, they still want Izuku to invite one of them to go with him. 'I need some time to think this over.'
