Adam knew that if he wanted to destroy the Grand Barrier, he would need the Anchors.
Sure, Lamor and Kamora hadn't lied to him. Each had their own way of doing it, but the Anchors were essential components.
Also, the Anchors were one of the reasons why the K4-Level was taking so long.
A K4-Phantom had to collect all the Anchors, and Adam didn't even have all of them yet. He had four, and he still needed to find one last one, connected to the Last Star.
Adam was ready for this. If finding that last Anchor meant he had to venture into distant territory or a dangerous area, he had no choice but to do it.
But… after Kamora pointed him in the right direction, Adam was puzzled.
They were heading toward the Citadel. Very soon, Adam would return home after his first journey to the Gray Sea.
"Wait, what did you say?" Adam looked at her with an awkward expression. "Are you saying I can get the Fifth Anchor right here, at the Citadel?"
