This sentence, Mrs. Hastings feels she has been waiting for thousands of years.
Originally, she thought she wouldn't hear this sentence from her son's mouth in her lifetime. Now that she's heard it, she feels incredibly comforted.
"Alright, alright, I'll start preparing for your wedding now. My daughter-in-law's belly can't wait any longer."
Mrs. Hastings cheerfully walked out of the room, and went to start leafing through the old almanac.
Fiona Sutton watched Mrs. Hastings in that state, with a big smile on her face.
"Where's the ring I gave you?"
His voice came across.
"Here it is."
Fiona Sutton immediately took off the necklace she was wearing around her neck, and the ring appeared in the palm of her hand.
Yancy Hastings took the ring, and very solemnly put it on her finger.
"From this day forward, I will use all my strength to treat you well, without holding back anything at all."
Fiona Sutton listened to his words, looking at the ring on her hand.
