Irene Spencer knew he had something to say that was inconvenient in front of the two people, so she stood up and followed the lawyer to the study room upstairs.
The lawyer closed the door tightly, then walked over and stopped in front of her.
"Miss Spencer, I just want to ask you one question."
"Go ahead."
"You..." The lawyer lowered his voice, "Does the explosion incident have anything to do with you?"
"Rubbish!" Irene Spencer frowned and cursed under her breath, "Of course not."
The lawyer was simply her lawyer, so Irene Spencer naturally wouldn't tell him the truth. She wouldn't tell anyone, not just him.
The lawyer nodded, "That's good. Just wait peacefully. They can't find any evidence against you. In a few days, they will have to return your documents according to procedure, and then you will be free to go wherever you want."
Irene Spencer felt secretly anxious, but only managed a bitter smile on her face.
