She raised the wine glass in her hand.
Phoebe lifted her glass and gently clinked it against hers.
"Thank you."
Fifteen brought the glass to her mouth and took a sip, "Do you like the sea so much?"
"Yeah." Phoebe turned her face, gazing at the distant sea, "I love the sea and ships. What about you, what do you like?"
"Me?" Fifteen also looked at the sea like him, "I like a lot of things."
"For example?"
"For example?!" Fifteen laughed, "Apples!"
"Apples?" Phoebe raised her lips, "I like them too."
Fifteen turned her face, gazing at him, "Really?"
"When I was little, I tried planting apple seeds in the garden, hoping they would grow into an apple tree."
"Did it work?"
"Of course not." Phoebe turned around, her pink eyes gazing into hers, "They all died, didn't even sprout."
Fifteen raised her lips, her big eyes curved as she smiled, "What a pity!"
"Not at all, because Singapore's climate can't grow apples, they were bound to die sooner or later."
