"But there was definitely a gust of wind..." Kevin had felt it too. "It hit my face and really stung, just like the wind from my blade when I slash someone!"
"So you're saying you did it, then!" Jemma teased Kevin.
"No. I'm never falsely modest, but if I didn't do it, I didn't do it."
"How strange. Who could have done such a thing?"
The monsters lit a bonfire. They had already lit one earlier, when evening was just beginning, to tell Igor and the others Xiso's story. Now, true night was about to fall.
The flames leaped and danced, and everyone's spirits were high because Xiso and Bigas had finally reconciled. This was something they had eagerly awaited, and it was a heartwarming tale they hoped to see unfold.
