Although Zhou Tian rewarded those Angels generously, obtaining such rewards definitely wasn't free from risks. According to those Angels' methods at the time, the risk of invading other worlds was already minimal. But even so, during past invasions of those low-level worlds, a small number of Angels would inevitably die in the process. Thus, if during the current invasion of mid-level worlds those Angels were not careful, dying within them would not be surprising.
The only thing that made Zhou Tian feel uncomfortable was the mass death of Angels at once. Angels in certain worlds died in batches; while in some worlds only some Angels perished, in others, all members that entered would die completely within a short time.
Though the Angel Race had begun to see some newborns after a period of development, the current time was still not very long. If they had not been in lower worlds for a considerable time, not even a single newborn Angel might have appeared.
