Originally, based on the various performances of that World Consciousness at the time, once it discovered the rules of the Otherworld, regardless of whether it was that rule or any being associated with it, the World Consciousness would erase them immediately. In this way, it would be difficult for Zhou Tian to remain in that world no matter what he did.
However, fortunately, although Zhou Tian did not merge the Abyssal Rules with the rules of that world at the time, he managed to make a tenuous connection between the two. This gave the Abyssal Rules a bit of the world's 'aura.' If the World Consciousness had been aware, it could have distinguished the differences in those rules and erased Zhou Tian along with that rule internally.
