"No need, I wouldn't dare trouble Young Master Su to go out of his way." Jian Yanyan replied coolly, then yanked her hand out of Su Junhao's grip and turned to leave.
"Haven't you 'troubled' me enough already? Now that you've found yourself a backup, I can get laid off, is that it?" Su Junhao couldn't swallow his anger and snapped back at her.
Jian Yanyan gave him a frosty look and sneered, "What do you mean backup? Ning Yang is my boyfriend."
"Then what about me? You mean I'm the backup?" Su Junhao blurted it out again without thinking.
"No, you don't even qualify as a backup." Jian Yanyan finished, turned around, and walked away.
Su Junhao stood there in a daze for a long while before finally picking up the insulated lunch boxes and silently walking out of Yun Shang.
