Mikhail was pissed at Agust, but more than anything, he was shocked at how everything had turned out.
This man had been spiteful towards him and had indirectly called him out, not to mention caused him a lot of pain that Mikhail would take a while to heal from.
He despised him with all he had and didn't have and yet at the same time, Mikhail wanted to make sure he was okay.
Hearing king Agust whimper was the reminder Mikhail needed to know that even the worst of the worst could feel shit.
He was however surprised at why the man was in that state. Then again, even in his worst state, Agust was still Mikhail's piece of shit. Mikhail hated that this man would call and he would be right there, answering his call.
This wasn't how it was supposed to happen, really, because this was not what Mikhail had wanted to wake up to.
The king had broken him and he was mad, and that was what he needed to stay, so why was it so damn difficult for him?
