Julius was going to be executed. That part had already been decided long ago.
There wasn't any debate left about it either. People already accepted it as fact, like the sun rising in the morning or nobles pretending they cared about commoners during speeches. Some things just became inevitable after enough blood was spilled.
Even though Julius was her brother, Myrcella believed there was no redemption left for him anymore. He had committed far too many crimes, crossed too many lines, ruined too many lives. At some point, punishment stopped being enough. Death was the only ending left that actually fit what he had done.
The biggest issue was that Julius couldn't be killed through ordinary means.
