Roman banged the table really hard. Smacking his face in anger his gaze could kill if allowed
"Now I have to plead to that jerk to let me see my own sister!"...
Roman felt a headache coming...why did she run and of all people get caught by him?
"What are we going to do...?"
Salvador with his edgy look keep on pacing back and forth. He had missed her so much only to get home to find her missing and with the king!
"He wants to take her to beautiful valley.. we'll all go there!.... except Draco!"
All nods...
"No... don't be mean to me!"..... Draco cried out. He knew Roman was punishing him. With tons of work and heavy duty he won't last two days!
"Roman please.... Derrick please say something!".... Draco pulled his sleeves,not minding his weird behavior
"You're staying. Have Sebastian work with you!'
It's over.
"I'm going to die of serious work load. Tell my sister she means the world to me!"....
He faked a death scene with his tongue out of his mouth!
Seeing no one paying him any attention "I'll be going now!"...
He finally dragged his lazy feet off the ground.
Lucien and Isabella maintained a perfect seating position. Like a father telling tales to his daughter...they sync in perfect harmony through laughs and smiles
"That's why it's called beautiful valley!"...
"With such beautiful story behind it why wouldn't it be give such a name!"...
Isabella didn't hold back her fantasy about the place. Though she planning on leaving as agreed but she now have where to visit in mind. All she have to do is ask for directions
"Where is the place again?"... She might have forgotten that important part
Lucien sensing what's on her mind smiled
"You should smile often...!" Isabella blurted out.
"For you it shouldn't be difficult to smile and do other things!"
"Other things like what?"... Isabella felt there more beneath those words
"Other things like...me taking you to see the valley!"
The reaction he expected was more than he witness
"Really?"....she smiled, excitement and anticipation filled her eyes. Lucien hasn't seen anything like it. He found himself smiling at how cute she looked jumping around
"When do we leave?"....
Now she's too eager
"How about now?"...
She didn't let him finish...she rumbled through her drawers for things to take along with her.
He knew she would do this
"Don't worry about packing anything. I've made arrangements already!"
Isabella took a slight pause. Looked him dead in the eyes
Lucien shifted slightly...what just happened?
"Why are you being so nice to me? If you're planning anything against me I can assure you....your death won't satisfy me!"
That murderous instinct in her eyes...
Yet... "Fear not... I have no plans against you. And why I'm being nice to you.... you'll know soon enough!"
Lucien didn't wait after that. He left holding the wall to warm himself up of the cold he felt inside.
Now he's more intrigued. She's not any flower... she's something different!.
The journey to the valley was rather quiet.
He didn't mean to make her doubt him,but once the seed is sown it takes a lot to take it out.
And Kaela didn't help either...her continuous gaze on Isabella made her more uncomfortable
"I know you need your eyes or I won't mind taking it from you!"...
If Lucien won't tell her to stop, she would glady shut the missy up.
Kaela on the other hand hasn't felt this embarrassed. Now she hated Isabella even more.
"She means no harm Belle...!" His voice didn't do much. It only made her frown even more
"Don't call me that!"...
Lucien couldn't fathom what went wrong at this point
Meanwhile.... Isabella memory jerked up to her
"He doesn't care...does he?"....her mind question over and over again.
"General!..."
Sebastian called out. His mind hasn't been here. Just a emotionless machine working with pent up anger and despair
"I can hear you...!"
His voice had lost its softness
It has lost the reason to be happy or smile. Sebastian had thought of ways to bring the princess back,and with the year going so slow they'll have to wait a very long time
"The princess is safe!"...
"I didn't ask you!"...
The gaze he got was different from the ones from the previous weeks. Now it's more cold and deadlier.
Sebastian pitted him so much. The council put him through this agony and it's fair to say they're having a taste of their own medicine.
With Alexander in full control of the council's throat. One wrong move from them and they'll beg for their lives.
Though the kingdom is growing,his heart is dying and longing for his beloved.
