Chapter 808 - Chapter 808: Aeon of Destruction

Since he wanted to farm Adventure EXP, he obviously could not just wander blindly through the galaxy. Nolan asked Asta to help by having the space station gather information on locations where the Antimatter Legion, Abundance abominations, or remnants of the Swarm had appeared.

He also included any other places with unusual situations, such as areas where large numbers of monsters similar to Fragmentum creatures had emerged and posed a threat to public safety, places that clearly needed to be cleared.

At the same time, Nolan had Sserkal, the Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, and Nahida monitor the Akasha Metafield network, checking whether any similar clues appeared in the information people posted.

As the controllers of the Akasha, filtering such information was extremely simple for them.

While having Asta lie on the bed to organize the data, Nolan lifted her skirt, pulled aside her white undergarments, and pressed himself against her from behind.

After spending roughly an entire night, with Asta's help, they compiled several locations where large amounts of Adventure EXP could potentially be farmed.

As a reward for her assistance, the next morning Nolan satisfied Asta, significantly boosting her strength, before setting out.

Following the principle of proximity, his first target was the Morak star system, located two thousand light years away from Herta Space Station.

According to the information Asta had gathered, traces of the Swarm had previously appeared there. They had extinguished a star and seemed to have intended to turn the entire system into a brood nest.

After all, their survival required vast amounts of energy, so choosing to build a nest near a star was only natural.

However, when Nolan carefully sensed the system, he unexpectedly found that while traces of the Swarm were indeed present, they had already left.

Only a few scattered insects remained.

Nolan casually eliminated them, then moved on to the next location.

It was only natural that finding suitable targets would not be easy. If there were no insects, then he would look for the Antimatter Legion instead.

His second target was a star system currently under invasion by the Antimatter Legion, led by a Lord Ravager.

The one leading the invasion was called "Zephyro." He had triggered violent stellar upheavals within the system, destroying one planet after another while gradually closing in on the system's two inhabited worlds.

Despite clearly having the power to destroy both planets instantly, he chose not to do so, merely to let people witness the overwhelming might of the Antimatter Legion.

Lord Ravagers were all like that.

It was precisely because of this that the two inhabited planets in the system had the chance to send out distress signals, allowing the interstellar community to learn of their situation.

However, due to the presence of a Lord Ravager, even the Interastral Peace Corporation was somewhat wary and did not dare to intervene rashly.

But for Nolan, it made little difference. A Lord Ravager was something he could easily crush with one hand. The only question was whether it might attract Nanook's attention.

There had been records before of Lord Ravagers being slain, and it did not seem that the Aeon of Destruction had taken any action against those who defeated them.

Perhaps, in its eyes, a Lord Ravager that could be defeated was of no real value. If it died, then so be it.

The reason Nolan considered this so carefully was mainly because he had never encountered an Aeon before. He did not know their true level of power, so he remained cautious.

At this moment, having arrived in the system, Nolan easily located Zephyro. It was on the system's star, not difficult to find.

Although killing a Lord Ravager might not draw an Aeon's personal intervention, Nolan had always acted prudently. Instead of making a move himself, he stayed hidden behind the scenes and sent his sword god avatar to act in his place.

Boundless golden sword intent began to spread throughout the entire star system, as Nolan controlled it to automatically seek out the Antimatter Legion.

He gave special attention to the Lord Ravager. A colossal golden sword that seemed to connect heaven and earth instantly appeared above the star, locking onto the Lord Ravager.

Without giving it any time to react, the giant sword descended and pierced straight through it, yet did not harm the star in the slightest.

After all, if he accidentally destroyed it, the environment of the two inhabited planets in this system would become completely irrecoverable.

The Lord Ravager had no ability to resist at all, nor could it understand who had suddenly attacked it.

Seeing a notification pop up on his status panel showing over nine billion Adventure EXP, Nolan could not help but marvel at how powerful a Lord Ravager truly was.

Zephyro's level was 154, so gaining that many Adventure EXP was only natural.

Based on Nolan's testing, a level 130 elite enemy provided around ten million Adventure EXP, and each level above that added another ten million.

At level 140, it reached one hundred million, and from that stage onward, each level added another hundred million. At level 150, it became one billion, with each level adding another billion.

So for Zephyro at level 159 to provide over nine billion Adventure EXP was not a small number, but for Nolan, who needed over two hundred billion Adventure EXP to level up, it was still far from enough.

The real bulk would come from the massive Antimatter Legion in this system. The army led by a Lord Ravager was astonishing in size.

As the golden sword aura swept across the entire system, Nolan's Adventure EXP surged continuously.

Suddenly, Nolan felt as if someone was observing his sword god avatar. Looking up, he saw space split open into a crack, and a phantom as large as a star appeared.

It glanced at Nolan's sword god avatar before vanishing, but in the next instant, his avatar was engulfed in flames resembling a molten inferno.

Nolan frowned, noticing that these flames were extraordinarily powerful, capable of easily reducing even an Emanator to ashes. Yet with a casual flick of his hand, he dispersed them.

"So it really did attract Nanook…" Nolan muttered in surprise, recalling the information he had seen through that phantom:

[Level: 226]

[Aeon of Destruction · Nanook: The Aeon of Destruction, Nanook, who wields the Path of "Destruction" and possesses the overwhelming power to annihilate all things.]

Perhaps it was because the Lord Ravager and the Antimatter Legion's forces had been wiped out too quickly that Nanook had been drawn here.

After seeing its level, Nolan finally relaxed a little. Although Nanook's level was higher than his, with all of Nolan's abilities, he was confident he could handle it.

Speaking of which, Nanook should be considered one of the stronger Aeons. After all, the Path of "Destruction" was incredibly broad, and there was no way it would be weak.

By that comparison, Nolan's earlier estimation that he was not weak even among the Aeons seemed to be correct. It appeared he had truly stepped into the ranks of the most powerful beings in the galaxy.

With that thought, Nolan ignored Nanook's warning and continued clearing out the remaining Antimatter Legion. If it came again, he would not mind using his sword god avatar to clash with it and test the methods of the Aeon of "Destruction" that struck fear across the universe.
