Supervisor Delrick gritted his teeth. This was the most reasonable scenario. Although Supervisor Delrick could think of a possibility that Clovis was not thinking about supplies, it was simply unbelievable.
When he saw the Libation Fiesta, there was no sign of heavy luggage. This meant they didn't bring any large supplies for prolonged travel.
