Chapter 3 - Lucian The Warlock Chapter 3 : Mysterious Woman

Lucian was in a state of limbo between life and death. Unknown to him it seems as if he was being moved to somewhere save and secure.

Inside this room, was full of medical tools along with liquid tubes full of different medical effects. The air was conditioned in a perfect state below room temperature, which meant that germs and even mold struggled to grow.

In such a save environment, Lucian finally woke up. unfortunately he was paralyzed from the head down, and even worst he didn't have an ounce of energy to open his eye's.

still, he was breathing and even maintain his sense of hearing.

Lucian was scared and confused.

"Am I going to stay like this for the rest of my life? Did I fail to escape? Where have they taken me?" Many questioned were asked by Lucian in his hopeless fears.

Despite all his fears and terror, Lucian was put into an even more agitated state when he heard repeating footsteps coming closer and closer to the room where he was resting.

the noise sounded like heavy high heels slowly tapping itself on the hard floor.

Lucian was sure this was the Foxen woman who had emputated his legs.

In his terror Lucian's already damaged mental state began to fall even more, his hopes crumbled and his regret welling up.

He wanted to struggle, or even whimper out a single cry of help.

however he was really paralyzed, it meant that not even a bit of his struggle would show.

Before he knew it, a quiet but almost familiair voice could be heard.

"stop yourself and calm down." the tone of her voice was sudden.

Her voice was different from what Lucian had expected.

He thought he would hear the voice of the Foxen.

Her voice was different, this voice he heard was calm and caring.

the moment Lucian heard her, he calmed down a bit, only because the voice seems to have a trusting effect.

He wanted to hear what she had to say before he could decide to trust her or not.

Even if her voice sounded a bit familiar Lucian wasn't new to being betrayed by those closest to him before.

Remembering his days in that horrid mansion, Lucian felt like he would start vomiting again.

The twist of his trauma before escaping haunted him, every day he would have night terrors while running away.

"If you won't stay calm I won't be able to remove what ails you." She abruptly spoke louder.

she seems to have notice Lucian was getting distracted by his dark thoughts.

Lucian was shocked, he wanted to know just how and when, did she understood his turmoil. Even when he hadn't said a single word.

"I can read your mind Lucian, theirs no need to worry anymore. this place is safe.... you came to a safe place." she spoke with confidence and not even a hint of lies.

Then it was quiet for a few seconds, the woman gave Lucian a few moment to absorb her words.

"W-where am I." He carefully asked.

She got closer to Lucian, inspecting him from head to his stump legs.

"You are in one of the many Motherships that have bin station in the middle of many solace system across this vest galaxy. Right now, an Overseer by the Name of Do Rewk had taken you to us. He doesn't have the right tools to heal you, so he took you to us. we are the only closest station with more means to bring life to someone who is walking between life and death." The woman slowly explained while Lucian heard her walking a bit away.

"does that answer all your question?" she ask while she began grabbing things around her to pour in a mixture.

"Yes, but what are you doing right now?" He carefully asked, a bit alarmed and curious of what she was doing.

"oh, I had forgotten that you can't see right now." She paused for a moment. Snap!! The sound of a snap was heard, and with it came a strange transformation came over Lucian.

The woman turned her gaze away to finish her task while Lucian sense felt like he was beginning to float atop his body.

The first thing Lucian saw was a white ceiling with some kind of light source illuminating the room.

Lucian was baffled the moment he could see again, and even more baffling was the strange room with many strange things inside.

Equipment's and most of all strange architect that he had never seen before, and they were all hovering in the air rotating in circles around him.

most of the items had a beautiful shine to them, like a triangle within a triangle within a triangle.

even things like mini versions of different solace systems.

before Lucian could inspect anymore, he heard the woman speak again.

"are you enjoying the ability to see again?" she asked, still working on mixing something.

only then did he notice a tall figure right in front of him.

Lucian saw only her back.

a golden hair woman with peach colored shades under her hair.

She was wear a long sleeve research coat with a symbol of two red snakes viciously biting each other and around the snakes was the outline of a face. the two snakes acting almost like eye's while below was three green crosses connecting into a curved mouth.

the woman was well built too, a beautiful back to admire.

she wore white jeans that clung tight to her calf, which the research long sleeve wasn't long enough to cover.

She wore an almost metallic like thick high heels, a clatter of faint noises could be heard as she worked her hands.

"The reason why your able to float and see, is that I pulled you're soul out of your very body. you can move however you like, but if you go too far, you might get dragged into a realm called hell." She explained.

Lucian didn't need wait long, since the woman had already seem to have predicted what he was going to be asking.

"every person that dies have their souls stuck to their lingering attachment for some times before they are forcibly pulled into hell, where they will be consumed by hell to turn into tormented energy."

for a few minutes, Lucian was enjoying the ability to float around. He almost forgot his about his dire situation between life and death.

Who could blame Lucian, for most of his life was being locked away.

"I will now inject lifeblood into your body, but don't be alarm when the pain becomes too overwhelming okay?" The woman said, a bit of seriousness could be heard from her.

"what is lifeblood?" Lucian asked, he trusted the woman would not lie to him.

still the moment she turned around, Lucian was immediately distracted.

Revealed to Lucian was the most beautiful woman Lucian had ever seen.

Her long golden hair shined like mini diamonds and most of all her godly face.

her large green crystalized pupil which shine like deep emeralds, her perfect like eye's that opened halfway, giving her a sharp gaze. Her bushy but sharp eyebrows that gave her an imposing look.

her petite almost pale like skin, which looked soft but refined in a perfect way.

her natural pink limps that had a quiet gleam to it, almost like it would never dry or crack.

her perfectly oval face would make even a woman fall head over heels for her.

the woman was devilishly innocent in looks, like a maiden who had never had life push itself upon her.

a small amount of blush blow her eye's and all the other features gave her an other worldly look.

but most of all, something extremely familiar was right in front of him.

someone who he had long forgotten about but still dreamed of once in a while in his dream to give him courage.
