"N-Nnnh~" Dont shuddered as she was squeezed again by her beloved Angel.
"Sluuurp~ Mwah~" Black Abyss sucked hard, she'd gotten too good…~ "Hm… How strange… I guess this feeling of 'hunger' is really just in your head." She murmured, wiping a drop of semen that had trickled down the side of her mouth with her finger, bringing it inside to swallow along with the rest~
"G-Guh… I-I didn't think that stuff about pregnant women being more active was true…" The Demon Queen sweated, panting as she lay back on the white bed.
Dont's room in the Marble Palace wasn't nearly as wonderful as the one she had on Titania, but it was still a thousand times better than on Earth, of course.
Besides, she couldn't always rest on a cloud; sometimes she had to lower herself a little and sleep on a more mundane mattress.
"I don't really know much about it either." The white-haired woman murmured, licking the tip of her penis to clean off the remaining semen. "But since I wasn't getting full from food, I thought this might work."
"You have some strange ideas…" Dont hummed, trembling slightly.
"Hmph~ And you're not helping~ When I told you I wanted to suck you off, the first thing you did was drag me here~" Black Abyss laughed, getting up and throwing herself sideways onto the bed next to Dont, still rubbing the Demon's penis with her hand. "And you would have suggested it anyway if I'd told you I was hungry~"
"W-Well~ Maybe~" The Demon Queen didn't deny it, a slight blush rising to her cheeks at the comment.
She turned, facing her beloved. She admired her beautiful face, adorned with a smile she wanted to keep forever. She reached out and stroked her cheek.
"So pretty."
"Are you trying to get me to suck you off again?" The Angel teased, moving a little closer to snuggle up to her.
"N-No." She sweated, somewhat embarrassed by the comment. "... Black Abyss." She called out.
"Mm?" The Angel looked at her curiously.
"... You..." She narrowed her eyes. "Did you think of a... Name?" She asked.
"So that's the post-cum clarity effect..." The Angel murmured, before lying back, looking thoughtful.
"H-Hey, it has nothing to do with it!" Dont exclaimed, blushing deeply.
"Yeah, right. Hm... Well, it depends..." The white-haired woman said, scratching her cheek.
"On what?"
"Whether it's a boy or a girl."
"… Then let's choose one for both cases." She pointed out.
Although the child's gender was easy to verify back on Earth, since that had been possible for years thanks to technological advancements, she didn't think there was anything similar even on Titania.
Perhaps if Eyesight used her divination on the belly of Black Abyss or something, but she preferred to simply wait.
"You? Are you going to name her From the Ashes to Eclipse or something weird~?" The Angel said mockingly.
"No way!" The Shooter snorted with a pout. "My name now is because, well, you know, this was just an Avatar, same with yours~" She hummed, looking at the ceiling.
"Everyone knows us players by weird names."
"Yeah, but it's for the freedom of just being a game. This… Our daughter…" The Demon Queen was silent for a moment. "She's not just another NPC. She's… She's real."
"Just imagine. 'You're Juan, the son of Black Abyss White Flower and Dont-Say-My-Name?' Sounds… Anticlimactic…" Angel sweated a little.
"Well, we're not going to be that simple." The dark-haired woman retorted at the comment. "Besides, someone in the guild was already named Juan." She mentioned, remembering the Blacksmith.
"True… They'd think it was a tribute… Although we could certainly pay tribute. But I don't like naming my son Jamon either." Black Abyss sighed. "Hm… Perhaps a name from this world?"
"No. I wouldn't feel any attachment to a name like that. And I don't want our daughter to be born with a connection outside of Titania from the very beginning… It might even sound xenophobic, but… I don't want her to have a name like that." She stated seriously.
"Oh, how intense." The white-haired woman remarked. "It could be… It could be a mythological name then. She'll be half Angel and half Demon after all, it's not like she'll be a 'normal' being'."
"Perhaps…" She nodded, before anything else crossed her mind.
She paled for a moment…
Right… She… She forgot…
She stared into space for a moment, feeling a pang of guilt as she realized.
"Pipiripao… That doesn't sound bad…" Black Abyss murmured, before Dont could speak.
"No…" A bead of sweat trickled down her face, before she laughed at the white-haired woman's suggestion.
She sighed, thinking about… What would become of her…
But she pushed the thought away.
If she dwelled on it… She would only hurt herself.
But she didn't want to forget her either…
So… To honor her… To… Never forget her again… Even when there is a war, even when she is alone, above all else…
"Liss…" She murmured.
"Liss?" Black Abyss asked, looking at her curiously.
"Yes… It was… My sister's name." She explained. "It could… Be an option… If it's a girl."
"Right. I remember she took good care of you." Black Abyss indicated, looking up at the ceiling. "Whether it's a boy or a girl, it will be named Liss, Liss of Abyss~"
"... Haha~ Well~" The Demon laughed, looking at the Paladin.
She leaned down and kissed her on the cheek.
"Thank you~"
"Hehe~" Black Abyss laughed, sitting up in bed. "Ha~ Well~ Did we have anything planned for today~?"
"Mm… Not that I recall. Beyond the usual." She indicated.
Things were fairly quiet after the war.
That is to say, there was tension, and knowing about the Dragon Lords and the Theocracy meant they had to be ready for large-scale combat at any moment.
The last thing they wanted was for the Platinum Dragon Lord to attack the Marble Palace directly.
Or well, perhaps that was precisely the most ideal scenario.
Achernar, Black Abyss, Superbia, Alucard, Miia, and Bachelory, not to mention the hundreds of high-level mercenaries and summons, were all in the Marble Palace. So they could easily take it down.
Likewise, the loss of the Marble Palace was acceptable. They would simply rebuild it, and that would be that.
But if this happened in, for example, Titania… Then it would be a problem.
Rebuilding areas of a guild, at least the large ones, like a wall, cost considerable amounts of gold.
"I hope things stay this calm. I mean, it's a cold war, but let's hope it doesn't escalate. I'm not just saying that because I don't like war, but because I won't go fighting on the front lines again." Black Abyss murmured.
"Hm…" Right, Dont had overlooked that detail.
She wouldn't let the Paladin fight while pregnant.
"I mean, my physical capabilities are the same, and I don't have any debuffs or penalties. But with the baby inside, I prefer, or rather, we prefer, that I don't have to do anything."
"Yeah, it's better if you stay on Titania, honestly." Dont muttered.
She wasn't saying it out of spite. It was simply… Fear of the worst-case scenario.
On Titania, Black Abyss would be protected primarily by Bulldoger and Gandolfo. But compared to Deorum Regnum, Titania's defensive capabilities were a thousand times greater, even with so many level 100 NPCs deployed.
And yet, all it would take was for Eyesight to open a portal, or for Bachelory to do it, and that's it. Titania would have all its agents inside in an instant.
Likewise, Maria was on Titania, and if anything happened to Black Abyss, she could take care of it.
"Dont..." Black Abyss called to her, sounding somewhat worried by her tone of voice.
"What's wrong, my love?" She asked, distractedly considering all the opponents she knew of.
"Uh... Don't you think we neglected Hadeusdon...? I don't think he knew we were having a baby."
"Oh… Hm…" The Demon Queen thought about the aforementioned NPC… "Perhaps… I'll give him the news later~ But you know why we can't visit him so often to begin with. It was already risky letting Bachelory, Superbia, and Don Pulpon experiment in his area with the B.A.F.W.s, and although I don't want to leave him out, I also think he's quite content just sleeping there."
Still, remembering that Hadeusdon was programmed to sleep a lot… Made her think about how there were so many sloths on Titania…
"Well, there are also the M.U.T.Os… Wow, what great synergy they have down there in the depths of Titania, it always surprises me when I think about it. Not even all the other NPCs and we could defeat them." She blurted out, curious and surprised by that power; it always impressed her.
"All for the gacha. Haha~" The Demon Queen laughed. "But yes. The moment we have to free Hadesdon… Things will be dangerous. And I'd rather prefer didn't happen while you're pregnant, at least."
"Well, if the Dragons decide to invade us, you'll come with me to Hadesdon's floor."
"… Okay." She sighed, trembling slightly at the thought, before taking Black Abyss's hand and intertwining her fingers with his. "I love you~"
"Mm~ It would have been cuter if your penis wasn't still out~" The Angel teased, laughing at the fact that Dont was still as she'd left her after giving her a blowjob.
"Y-You…" Dont pinched her cheek with mock annoyance, making the Angel laugh, feeling ticklish rather than hurt.
The Paladin laughed, with the Demon smiling gently at this.
Yes… She had to protect Black Abyss.
That's what she had to do… No matter what.
…
"Minister Bachelory." Achernar greeted, sitting down in the chair across from the Doppelgänger's desk. It felt a little odd to call him 'Minister,' but he never knew if there was an undetected high-level fortune teller watching.
"I'm glad you're here, Achernar." Bachelory nodded, before grabbing a piece of paper and handing it to the Dragonoid. "Please read this."
The Commander glanced at the paper, then at Bachelory, and nodded, beginning to read at lightning speed.
But considering his own agility, he understood everything he read as if he had read it carefully.
"… Half of our spy units were eliminated in the Theocracy?" He frowned.
None of those casualties were his subordinates, but there were only three of them in the Theocracy, and they were Hanzos, so it was to be expected that they might survive.
"Indeed. As you can see, the casualties range from Shadow Demons to False Neighbors to Shadow Devils. The last report they gave was two days ago, so all information from then until now has been lost on their end." The Prime Minister nodded.
"Do you have any idea who could have caused this?" He asked in his usual serious tone, but he sounded annoyed.
"There are possibilities, but they are mere theories. One is highly improbable, but it would be one of the most logical: that the Theocracy allied itself with the Dragon Lords and began to cleanse the country of spies." He pointed a finger, his voice calm and controlled as always, but his seriousness was evident.
"The Dragon Lords wouldn't act so quickly after all the casualties they suffered. It must be something else." Achernar murmured thoughtfully.
"Another theory is that the Theocracy began to dedicate significantly more resources to eliminating spies after detecting one. This isn't very plausible either, considering their diminished power and the data we had on them," The Doppelgänger added. "Or there's the possibility that they possessed even more secret objects or an unknown unit, even more so than the Black Scripture, that we're unaware of."
"An ace up their sleeve to resort to in times of need. If that's the case, I'd say they became desperate and used it too quickly, but that benefits us; now we know more about them without having given them any of our data." Achernar agreed.
"There's also the possibility that they allied themselves with a third party, one that has the resources to destroy our intelligence network within so quickly." Bachelory interrupted Achernar's conclusion. "If that's the case, then we're facing an unknown force, or one that we've greatly underestimated. We must remember that we don't know much about this world beyond the southern borders of the Theocracy."
"Even so, the Hanzos are still alive, so they shouldn't be high-level reconnaissance units." Achernar tucked the papers into his clothing, looking at Bachelory. "One of the most important things the Supreme Lords taught us is that information is worth more than treasure. We can't allow ourselves to be cut off from there; the spy network must be reestablished."
"That's right, but we can't risk losing units like your subordinates. Each lost unit, a Hanzo for example, requires a contract scroll and gold from the Supreme Lords' vaults. And such gold can no longer be recovered in the large quantities it once did. Blindly sending units will only make the Theocracy even more vigilant." He murmured. "For now, we can consider ourselves lucky if they simply linked the spy demons to surviving Komodo agents. I'll speak with the Supreme Ladies about this matter later, and we'll see how we proceed." He nodded, pointing to a piece of paper at the side, which Achernar could see at a glance was the report for Queen Dont.
"Understood. If I may ask, do you know how Supreme Black Abyss White Flower is doing?" Achernar said; he often asked that question when they met.
"She is currently stable. She was with Supreme Dont all day, so I can say she is fine." He hummed, visibly calming the Dragonoid.
"Perfect. I will look into alternatives to replace the lost espionage units without needing to use any resources from the Supremes or Titania, and avoid the same outcome." The Assassin quickly indicated.
"Understood. I initially considered sending more humanoid and physically visible spies, but with immigration and trade practically at a standstill, it will be difficult without raising suspicion from a nation on high alert. Eyesight and other diviners paused their espionage on the Theocracy to avoid counterattacks and further alerts. They have no reason to know we have such a level of reconnaissance."
"Yes, if they were able to dismantle a large part of our network, then it would be best to pause Eyesight's activities on the Theocracy. The last thing we want is for Titania to be located by a counter-espionage attack." The Dragonoid said, rising from his chair. "I will bring you multiple solutions before nightfall."
"Understood, I will wait for it." Bachelory nodded. "Hmm, hold on, just a moment." He stopped the Assassin, who was about to leave.
"Is anything missing?" He asked, looking at him again.
"Yes. Considering how the Supreme Ladies are choosing to act, I think it would be best if you managed to relax a little, Achernar," she said. "After all, you were extremely stressed and worried about Lady Black Abyss. And while that's understandable, considering there's quite a lot of duty ahead, I suggest you take an hour or two to relax."
"… Fine, I'll do it, since it might be beneficial to my productivity with the Supremes."
"Perfect." The Prime Minister nodded, grabbing a piece of paper from a stack and starting to write on it. "Queen Superbia has already been informed, so you can go… Hm, have a cup of tea with her to calm down."
Bachelory's tone was… Slightly playful this time, and it made the Commander freeze, a blush spreading across his face, thankfully hidden by his mask.
"E-Eh, u-uh, E-Ehem. Y-Yes…" Achernar nodded, equally flushed, though covered by his scarf.
"Just make sure you use protection. Even though the Supremes have already started producing princes and princesses, it doesn't mean we're allowed to reproduce without permission. And having Superbia out of commission due to carelessness would be… Undesirable." He emphasized, clearly aware of what both Commanders were doing.
"... Understood…" Achernar replied, so quietly that Bachelory, with his keen hearing, barely heard him, but it was enough for him. That he understood was the point.
A few moments later, the Assassin vanished, leaving with incredible speed.
Bachelory hummed, starting on the paperwork he had pending.
…
"[Greatest Exorcism]" The woman chanted, pointing to a shadow.
A white light surrounded her hand in a magic circle, before a violent shriek was heard from the shadow, as black dust billowed out.
"... Huh…" Zesshi hummed, looking in that direction, noticing that, though very vaguely, the shadow of that chair now seemed clearer.
Even she couldn't detect that there was a being hiding there…
"Are these really the Champions of the Gods?" The woman said with a tone that was not only arrogant, but also displeased. "I'm horrified at how far the Theocracy that swore allegiance to the Supreme Gods has fallen."
"M-My sincerest apologies… Lady Katara… We lost most of our best soldiers in the previous war against a powerful Demon…" Raymond, the Cardinal of Earth, sweated, apologizing for the Black Scripture's sorry state.
"You told me so yourself, there are no excuses for incompetence when one serves under the light of the Gods," Katara stated, almost deathly.
"I heard that Komodo manipulated the Paladin Titania into fighting, and between the demonic forces and the Adventurer's brutal power, they were annihilated." A boy murmured from the side, somewhat intimidated, but showing a modicum of courage, even before a being so close to the Great Gods.
"Cardinal Raymond. Reports indicate that this Paladin Titania is a possible descendant of the Gods, isn't that correct?" The fearsome servant of the deity asked the man.
"Y-Yes, that's right. A more accurate theory is that one of the Gods scattered their offspring to another part of the world, and Titania came from that line. And because Komodo destroyed her home, she ended up arriving in this region." The man nodded, somewhat nervous in the presence of this being.
"The plans of the Supreme Gods are perfect; we see their results to this day." Kamara looked at the boy who had spoken earlier. "So, how dare you suggest that a descendant of the Gods would be manipulated by a mere Demon?" She growled at the boy.
"W-Well, that's what I heard… It's possible the Dragon Lords are related…" The young member of the Black Scripture sweated, taking a step back under her intense gaze.
"Well, if necessary, I will exterminate them in the name of my Gods. But the days of incompetence in this kingdom are over. Those who give even the slightest chance of things getting worse will be crucified. With the sole exception of the descendants of the Gods." Kamara stated. "Although that doesn't absolve you of guilt, nor does it give you room to make mistakes." She said, looking at Zesshi.
"I was told to stay back." She shrugged.
"You carry the blood of the Gods in your veins, child. The word of a King, Emperor, or Cardinal is nothing compared to the authority of your lineage." She growled reproachfully. "Gods… Humans learned nothing from you…" She sighed, speaking to herself.
"Komodo died in the end. Because of that Titania woman, they say. And if she's also a Godkin, and the Gods never make mistakes, wasn't this just another plan of the Gods?" Zesshi hummed, not playfully, but somewhat annoyed.
"The plans of the Gods are perfect. But they depend entirely on the competence of those who carry them out." She blurted out, looking at her almost apologetically, practically telling her, and everyone present, that they were far too incompetent even when they had the Gods' plans on their side.
"F-Forgive her, Lady Katara… The Extra Seat is a little… Proud of her status as the strongest GodKin." Raymond sweated, looking at Zesshi for a moment.
She narrowed her eyes, but saw the Cardinal's gaze.
It wasn't reproachful, it was concerned.
The Half-Elf stifled a sigh and simply leaned against the wall.
"Stubborn is the word. But I'll let it go this time." The Servant of the Gods replied. "As for the spies. They could be a remnant of the Demon Realm; that would explain the enormous number of betrayals among you, and the many who attacked each other or Deorum Regnum. But they could also be from Deorum Regnum."
"…" Princess Miko glanced back at the shadow from before… Since the great Servant of the Gods descended to Earth to guide them… She had witnessed her exterminate shadowy monsters, or even shadows masquerading as people, more than 30 times.
But the worst part was that these shadow people weren't made up… Rather… they had either assumed someone's identity, stealing their body, or something of the sort… Or they had lived in the Theocracy for years, even since they were babies, without anyone realizing it… Implying that Komodo's presence had been in this world long before it appeared in person…
"Lady Katara…" Rinko, the Princess Miko who served as the new Fourth Seat, looked at the divine being. "You… Have you heard of anything similar to the Komodo Demon when it served the Gods…?" She asked, trembling at the mere thought of such an ancient being.
"Countless times. I haven't just heard it, I've seen it. The Gods wiped out thousands of beings like the one you mention, and even things far more powerful, before they even reached this world. Including the greatest of sinners, Lucifer, a creature who could destroy this entire world. But the Gods, obviously, were more than that. You only dealt with a tiny, minuscule remnant that survived for a few hundred years." The NPC explained.
"… Wow…" General Perkins gasped, paling at the mere thought of the immense scale of those beings… And the power of the Gods.
Of course, as a devotee, the Gods were omnipotent to him, but he didn't usually think much about it in his day-to-day life. But to hear from a direct servant of the Gods about such feats… It was certainly astonishing.
"I could spend days talking about the Gods' accomplishments, both on their homeworld and on this one. But I wasn't awakened for that." She indicated, looking at the Cardinal. "Raymond, it's possible there are higher-level spies in this Kingdom. What I've seen so far has been nothing more than low-level vermin that anyone paying a little attention could spot. But counter-espionage isn't my specialty, so keep all the information you have, including this meeting and my existence, under strict secrecy."
"... Understood… Although…" He sweated. "I don't think it will be easy to keep it secret, my Lady…"
"Then do your best to keep my full potential hidden; information is worth more than any object you possess."
"... Understood…" He nodded nervously… One only had to be present in the city's main square the day before to understand the reason for Raymond's nervousness.
…
"Fear not, Mortals!" Katara Kamala Damara cried, an intense white and gold light erupting from her wings of light. "The divine light of the Supreme Gods has returned to you by Their will!" She roared powerfully.
Hundreds of people prostrated themselves before the divine and powerful presence, the servant of the Gods whom They had sent.
Her light bathed the Ryujin Cathedral, which venerated the God of Water, illuminating the statues of the Six Great Gods that stood in the main square.
…
"… Yes… I'll see what I can do…" The Cardinal affirmed, feeling himself age a couple of years.
"As for you, train; you are still very weak." Katara spoke to the rest of those gathered. And then she looked at Zesshi, who didn't seem to feel included in that statement. "You too."
"Hm. Fine, I'll train with you then." She hummed, turning away from the wall and walking toward the divine being.
Raymond, despite Zesshi's casual remark, was surprised.
He was surprised to see a genuine, albeit small, smile on the Half-Elf's face.
"Oh? Are you coming toward me?"
"I'm stronger than all of these people here." She hummed, gesturing to the new members of the Black Scripture. "So, if I have to 'train' properly, and not just do simple exercises that won't help me at all, then what better way than to train with a direct servant of the Gods~?" She smiled.
"Very well, I'll take this opportunity to educate you." Kamara said to the Half-Elf.
"Of course, of course~" Zesshi smiled, with genuine enthusiasm.
"The rest... Hm, you'll train with Angels I'll summon. And you'll train intellectually, magically, and physically." She indicated, before looking at Raymond. "And Cardinal. I require that the bodies of all the martyrs be brought to me, all those who have died for and in the name of the Supreme Gods. I must raise their souls to divinity to protect the nation of the Gods." Katara hummed solemnly.
"That… It will be a great honor, Servant of the Gods." Raymond said, bowing, eager to witness such a religious event as the ascension to divinity of his fallen compatriots.
"Perfect. Then we will begin immediately." She gestured, extending a hand and manifesting a white and gold spear that radiated as much power as any divine artifact…
"N-Now…?" The commander replacing the 6th Seat stammered.
"Of course. The only one who reaches a high level is the Descendant of the Supreme Gods." She indicated Zesshi. "The rest of you, barely half reach the mid-level. If you aspire to be champions of the Supreme Gods, you must at least reach the high-mid level." She nodded seriously… And right now, even with all the cosmology Raymond knew… He didn't understand anything Katara said.
Well… They were registered terms. The Gods often used strange terms like 'levels,' or 'HP,' or 'high level' for things, but it was never clear what they meant.
But, of course, the basic understanding was that high level meant very strong, on par with a King of Greed, and low level meant an ordinary human being, or simply unremarkable beings.
If the Gods' servant said Zesshi was at a high level…
For a moment, he felt a little pride and confidence.
Before he remembered that he had just undergone training to become almost as strong as her…
Yep. He was going to die.
