He still remembers that poisoned milk scandal years ago, when he was leading students in internship at the affiliated hospital.
Seeing those children victimized by the poisoned milk powder made him feel distressed for a long time.
However, this is the current state of society; what can't be changed must be accepted. Perhaps today's incident is just a mishap, not anyone's fault.
The only wrong is the black-heartedness of merchants earning money against their conscience.
