After waiting half a day without a response, Mark Reed looked up and saw a pair of charming eyes blinking at him. He sighed helplessly—these women were simply unbearable.
Mark Reed loosened his grip and said indifferently, "If you need to go to the hospital, then go. I'll cover the medical expenses."
The warmth originally on her fingertips disappeared instantly. Wendy Willy snapped back to her senses and gave an awkward smile to Mark Reed, "Thank you, Mr. Reed."
"Hmm, I think it's better you go to the hospital. Go now!"
He then retreated back into the room. Initially, he had planned to take her to the hospital for a check-up, but now it seemed unnecessary.
"Mr. Reed, do you have any ice in your room? We don't have any in ours."
Wendy Willy took a step forward, standing at the doorway, making it impossible for Mark Reed to close the door.
She had made up her mind when she came and couldn't give up halfway.
