Cultivating other demonic power or Evil Power speeds up the cultivation process and strengthens Taoist skills, but almost inevitably leads to loss of sanity and the path to the Demon Path.
This distinction between Righteous and Demonic largely stems from this.
Such a distinction between Righteous and Demonic is fundamentally not wrong, for if one cannot distinguish between the fundamental notions of Righteous and Demonic, they will inevitably make mistakes in practice and succumb to their inner demons.
However, this "Righteous and Demonic" distinction holds little significance for the Great Wilderness.
Because they are forced by life and cultivation, they aren't eligible to pursue such pure "Righteous Dao."
The scarcity of Spirit Stones forces them to walk the path of the "Half-Demon."
Throughout the Cultivation World, the distribution of Spirit Stones is unjust.
