A year passed by time came near harry's Third Birthday during which Potter and Zhang family have also became close friends due to harry and Qiu Zhang the same as Grangers while hermione was already able to speak fluently about basic life.

After Obtaining System panel it became even easier for harry to understands system's Heaven Defying Gifts and his powers. During these days he further consolidated his relationship with hermione and Qiu as close friend as well as Luna and Ginny too became his friends.
During this time he visited Nicolas Flemey Couple and granted them immortality in exchange for him becoming his personal alchemist for eternity as well as introducing Fleur Delacour as his Fiance from an early stage which went smoothly along with help of feng yue revealing her Identity as Legendary Mage.

Seeing such rapid progressing Wizard, Ministry of Magic was also alarmed along with 28 pure blooded families.
