From the other end of the phone came Qin Yue's thunderous roar, startling Ruan Jiaojiao and Ruan Lei, who were leaning in to eavesdrop, back simultaneously.
Ruan Jiaojiao shrank back directly into Duan Xi's arms, while Ruan Lei almost toppled over the edge of the sofa, but managed to grab the armrest at the last second to steady himself.
Then the four of them heard the busy signal coming from the other end of the phone.
Lu Zishu was utterly baffled, holding up the phone and asking them, "What does this guy mean? What's with saying my mouth is two feet wide? Is that even a mouth?"
Ruan Jiaojiao's eyes darted around as she looked at him and asked, "You really don't understand?"
"What?" Lu Zishu, a bit angry, hung up the phone.
"You're really quite dense!" Ruan Lei shook his head, but his lips couldn't help curling up. Like Ruan Jiaojiao, he enjoyed the drama and didn't feel the least bit troubled for his friend, continuing the discussion on how to help Qin Yue get even.
