"Gratitude? For what? She snatched our roles, and we should thank her?"
"Yeah, why should we thank her?"
"Jia Xuan, why is Ji Xiaoxi saying goodbye to the film industry? Wasn't she just signed by the company?"
...
Amid the barrage of questions, surrounded by people, Tian Jiaxuan smiled with satisfaction.
If before today, Ji Xiaoxi was at the top of Tian Jiaxuan's hate list, then after reviewing the script of "Unfinished Summer in Paris," Tian Jiaxuan had happily erased Ji Xiaoxi's name from that list.
Tian Jiaxuan believes that filming this movie will mark the beginning of the dark days in Ji Xiaoxi's acting career.
An art film is one thing, being androgynous is another, but a role that's nearly homosexual is enough to limit Ji Xiaoxi's role options for a long time, leaving her stuck.
And during that time, it's quite detrimental for an artist who needs exposure.
