It's Saturday the next day.
Actors don't differentiate between weekdays and weekends when filming. They can only rest when filming wraps up. So, despite having been apart for only a day and missing him dearly, Ji Xiaoxi knew well that Gu Cheng'an couldn't possibly appear in front of her.
Since it was impossible, Ji Xiaoxi simply chose not to dwell on it. She got up early, freshened up, had breakfast, and arrived at the filming location on time.
At home in the Westin district, Gu Cheng'an woke up from a nap, learned from his secretary that there were no scheduled plans for today, and after working out, he drove to the film set.
Seeing the license plate number, which was at the top of the unconditional access list, appearing in his line of sight, the gatekeeper instantly opened the gate, and Gu Cheng'an drove in unhindered.
