The two princesses looked at me and then at Nymeria who walked by my side.
"You came to see Aunt Peony?" Kana, the younger sister, asked quietly.
Kaelia remained silent, seemingly uninterested in talking with us.
"Yes," Nymeria replied. "I believe you are here for the same reason."
Kana nodded her head, a look of sadness appearing on her face. "She has been having a hard time being alone after Elijah left."
After a few seconds of silence, she added, "She has been anxious about him."
Just as she spoke, the door of the room opened and a lady with long red hair walked out.
Aunt Peony looked at all of us and smiled brightly. "So many guests," she said, opening the door. "What's the occasion?"
We walked inside while Kana said in a cheerful voice, "We just wanted to see you."
Peony let out a soft chuckle and sat down on the bed with a soft sigh. "It's good to see you all."
She turned to look at me and gave me an amiable smile. "Especially you, Himmel."
