Chai Qin took out her handkerchief and carefully wiped the mouths of the two little girls: "You two, don't be so reckless in the future."
The two girls nodded in unison.
"Aunt Chai Qin, you're spoiling them." Hei Dou walked over.
"Aunt Chai Qin spoils you too." Chai Qin ruffled Hei Dou's hair, then turned and walked inside.
Hei Dou shook his head slightly; he really didn't like having his head touched, but adults seemed to love doing it to kids. Since they liked it, he had to put up with it for now. Once he grew taller, they'd be unable to reach.
Lun Dou and Huang Dou just giggled, tilting their heads in unison to look at Hei Dou.
"Do you two know where you went wrong?" Hei Dou raised his hand and knocked each of his sisters lightly on the head.
"We do; we were too reckless." Lun Dou said.
"We do; we were too curious." Huang Dou said.
Hei Dou sighed: "You went wrong by being too confident."
"But we have reasons to be confident." Lun Dou muttered softly.
