Yuna thought hard about how the Rumors ability could be used. Rumors themselves were a vague concept, yet undeniably real.
Strongly so, in fact.
How did rumors start?
"Rumor Implantation," Yuna murmured.
"You, the ability user, whisper a rumor into someone's mind. We can call that Rumor Implantation. For example, if you say:
'I think someone is watching us.'
'Didn't his sword crack earlier?'
'She looks sick.'
The rumor subtly influences perception. People start unconsciously noticing things that support it.
The more people believe the rumor, the stronger it becomes — the more 'real' it acts. Now, when a collective believes:
'That hallway is haunted.'
Then:
footsteps appear,
temperature drops,
hallucinations manifest.
Not true reality manipulation yet — more like the world bending to collective expectation."
