"For your first lesson, it will be about human anatomy. The majority of potions that an apothecary makes are meant to be consumed by humans. Likely, 70% are for medicinal purposes and treatment. Complete understanding of the human body is the basic requirement to obtain an apothecary certificate, at the very least in Evigheden Academy."
".....but I thought apothecary simply meant potion making....."
Professor Piello ignored Yuna's grumble, the bad student who makes him work.
"We will start by learning the head, its workings and structure. We will learn all potions related to the head."
Yuna's face fell even further.

Professor Piello may appear lazy, but he was surprisingly thorough in his teaching. Actually, it was so much information that Yuna could barely keep up.
It was information overload.
