Upon arriving at the hospital, Deng Zhiyi placed Siaosiao on the small bed the nurse had brought over, and a few of them hurried towards the waiting room.
"Brother Yi, am I about to give birth soon?"
Siaosiao anxiously clutched Deng Zhiyi's hand, "I'm suddenly so scared of having a baby!"
The doctor beside her comforted, "Mrs. Deng, don't be nervous. You've just had your waters break. If you want a natural birth, it won't be immediate. If you opt for a C-section, it can be done now!"
"No, I want a natural birth. I read that babies born through the birth canal are smarter!"
Despite her fear, Siaosiao insisted on what she believed was the best method for the child.
"With natural birth, you have to wait until you experience contractions to deliver!"
As soon as the doctor finished speaking, Siaosiao furrowed her brows, seemingly enduring the pain.
