In a place like the E-Sports Association, how could someone easily slip in to swap urine samples? Even with big capital backing K6, they can't be as omnipresent as the Eagle Division. Unless someone inside the E-Sports Association helped them, it would be impossible for K6's people to easily get into the doping area to switch Lei Shen's urine sample.
People are worried that members inside the E-Sports Association are in cahoots with K6, after all, such shady dealings between teams and associations have happened in the esports scene before.
