Watching as the headquarters of the Clean-up Bureau, unable to resist the pull of the vortex, plummeted into the sea, the merwoman with a slightly pale face couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief.
With her nearly transparent hands from overexertion placed behind her back, the merwoman bent down into the sea current, swimming toward the descending headquarters of the Clean-up Bureau to claim her spoils of victory.
But just as she entered the water, the headquarters, which had been spinning with the vortex, suddenly froze. The surrounding sea, spanning dozens of miles, also solidified, as a large amount of lurid, stunning crimson spread rapidly through the water... and this seemed to be only the beginning.
