In the morning it was bread, fried egg, and milk. The siblings ate deliciously, while Qin Mu stood at the dining table watching them eat. She furrowed her brow, contemplating the fried egg she made, thinking her cooking skills still haven't improved—it's still that not-so-pretty fried egg.
She leaned over, pressing both hands on the table edge, examining Chengcheng before looking at Huanhuan. Her intense gaze made Huanhuan a bit nervous, and she hesitated to eat the bread after finishing the egg, "Mom, why are you staring at us? Aren't you hungry?"
"I'm not hungry! It's just, you two have quite the appetite!"
Qin Mu mumbled, her sharp eyes still focused on their faces.
"It's been a while since having such a simple breakfast, feels pretty good!"
After understanding her mom's confusion, Huanhuan cheered up again, and continued eating heartily.
